The vent of the hopper is adjustable to be positioned above the position of the opening portion of the bag supported when the arm and the bag attachment portion are moved.

摘要： A uniform-distribution filling mechanism for medicinal powder includes a metering disk, a powder storage ring, and a lateral powder blocker. One end of the blocker is provided with a pointed tip, and the other end thereof is provided with a sloping stage. The middle portion of the metering disk is provided with a support shaft, said shaft and the blocker being connected one to the other by means of a support arm. Medicinal powder enters via the pointed tip of the blocker, is evenly agitated, exits via the sloping stage of the blocker, and is evenly dispensed. Thus, the powder is able to enter one side of the blocker and come out the other side thereof such that the powder is evenly dispensed and then uniformly distributed onto the metering disk. This ensures that powder holes of a same group on the metering disk are filled with medicinal powder uniformly and with precision, thereby ensuring that capsules are filled uniformly and consistently with medicinal powder, thus increasing the success rate when filling capsules.

摘要： The apparatus, for filling a flexible pouch having a bottom end, an opposite top end, and a pair of side edges extending between the bottom and top end, includes a filling station, a supply of compressed purging gas, and a gas purging station. The filling station includes a feeder that dispenses an amount of product into the pouch. The gas purge station is positioned subsequent to the filling station and includes a pair of gas lances. Each of the pair of gas lances have an outlet to discharge the purging gas into the pouch. The pair of gas lances being moveable between an inserted position and a withdrawn position. In the inserted position the pair of gas lances are disposed within the pouch a predetermined distance above the amount of product, and in the withdrawn position the pair of gas lances are provided above the top end of the pouch.

摘要： A apparatus uses a flexible belt material stretched between two roller bearings to move a granular material such as sand from near ground level to a height sufficient for filling storage receptacles such as sand bags by gravity induced flow. The motive power for the apparatus may be a drive wheel which rests on the top surface of the conveyer belt over the lower roller bearing. The drive wheel is supported by the lower roller bearing and a second support bearing. The rotational motion of the drive wheel is translated to linear motion of the conveyer belt by friction between the drive wheel and flexible belt material. The drive wheel is held in position by gravity and may be quickly removed from the apparatus so that it can be relocated. The distance between the rollers may be changed to accommodate different diameter drive wheels or a change in the vertical angle of the conveyer belt.
