    摘要: A brake device for an elevator hoisting machine includes: a rod movable in an axial direction; a plurality of pistons provided to the rod so as to be arranged side by side in the axial direction; a cylinder configured to accommodate each of the pistons therein and including a pressure control chamber formed between the cylinder and each of the pistons; a lining provided to the rod so as to be capable of coming into contact with a contacted body; and a spring device configured to press the pistons in a direction in which the lining is pressed against the contacted body. Gaps are respectively formed between at least one of the plurality of pistons and the rod and between pistons adjacent to each other. Each of the pistons is configured to be driven by a change in air pressure in the pressure control chamber.

    摘要: Strain gauge devices are mounted on the brake shoe carrying levers of an underground mine winding engine to sense induced strain and effective braking force when the brake is applied. A summation unit adds outputs from strain gauges. Indicators are operated by the result to indicate the effective braking force. A comparator compares the result with predetermined desired braking levels. Controls prevent release of other brake devices until the effective braking force exceeds a preselected magnitude.

    摘要: A winch braking device includes: a brake; a brake pedal; a reaction force-imparting element that imparts a reaction force to the brake pedal; a rotation link that rotates by interlocking with the foot operation at the brake pedal; a brake valve linked to the rotation link, that applies a secondary pressure to the brake in response to the foot operation at the brake pedal; and a tension spring, with one end thereof attached to the vehicle body at a predetermined position and another end thereof attached to the rotation link, that applies a force to the brake pedal along a direction opposite a direction of the foot operation. As the foot operation is performed at the brake pedal, the tension spring extends and a shortest distance between a rotational center of the rotation link and a central axis of the tension spring becomes smaller.

    摘要: There is described a hydraulic friction brake for controlling deceleration of a mine hoist which brake includes a pump continually circulating hydraulic braking fluid through a valve. The valve regulates the flow of hydraulic fluid to control braking pressure applied by the brake to brake the mine hoist. The hydraulic friction brake includes a controller for controlling operation of the valve. The controller a comparator for comparing a differentiated signal indicative of hoist speed with the reference signal indicative of a predetermined hoist deceleration to provide a switching output signal having a first output value when the differentiated signal is greater than the reference signal and having a second value when the differentiated signal is less than or equal to the reference signal. The control means also includes an integrator responsive to the output signal to provide a first valve signal that controls the operation of the valve. By integrating the switching output signal it is possible to provide a valve control signal that opens the valve at a rate predetermined and thereby reduce the braking pressure of the brake in proportion to the deceleration of the hoist. Further, when the output signal is indicative of a maximum allowable deceleration rate for the hoist, the integrator provides a constant output signal which maintains the opening of the valve constant. As a result a maximum braking acceleration for the hoist is not exceeded.

    摘要: A mine winder has two cable drums and a braking mechanism for each. Each braking mechanism includes means operable to sense if the cable is moving and in which direction and the length of cable paid out and to issue a control signal containing this information. Brake control means is operable on receipt of the control signal to operate braking means and apply to the drum a braking effort based on the information in the control signal. A cable movement detector sensitive to the speed of movement of the cable may be provided to be operative to send a corresponding control signal to the brake control means. The braking means may be air-pressure operated, the brake control means adjusting the air pressure according to the control signal received.

    摘要: A fluidically actuatable disk brake system includes brake cylinder pairs each including brake cylinders arranged on both sides of a brake disk in at least one brake caliper. Each brake cylinder includes a brake piston and a spring arrangement which applies a spring force toward the brake disk. First and second fluid connections are provided on the brake cylinder. The first and second fluid connections supply a fluid to the brake cylinder so that a force counteracting the spring force is applied to the brake piston. A 2/2-way valve is assigned either to the first or second fluid connection of first brake cylinders of a brake cylinder pair. The first or second fluid connection which is not assigned to the 2/2-way valve is fluidically connected to the respective other first or second fluid connection of a second brake cylinder of the brake cylinder pair.
