The shelter or camper may be transitionable between different configurations for different purposes, including an open and expanded configuration for use as a shelter, camper, or sleeping quarters and a compact, closed case configuration for easy storage and transport. To facilitate this, the walls may be foldable, expandable, or collapsible. When the walls are folded or collapsed, roof and floor sections may be connected to each other and may enclose the folded, collapsed walls and internal components within the collapsed closed case.

    摘要： The present invention is an easily mobilized compact module that combines habitable quarters and integrated interior and/or exterior multipurpose storage structures. Mobilization may be via trailer, truck bed, helicopter, adjustable jacks or other conveyance means. The module may be easily and quickly removed and reattached to one of the aforementioned mobilization means via attachable height-adjustable legs, hoist, crane, or forklift with locking turnbuckles, bolts, or other hold-downs. The module is built of a rigid exoskeleton designed for enclosure habitat and for utility as a base for attaching items or equipment. It has various end cap options such as doors, windows, or solid panels, as a user dictates. The interior of a module has modular panels that form many configurations for functional use and/or storage. The interior also has a useful endoskeleton or useful interior storage structure for attaching useful items such as soft stowage and electrical wires thereto. The module may be used as a single unit or attached together to form a larger habitable structure.

    摘要： A moving retail space system for buildings comprising a moving housing that operates within a building structure to allow multiple businesses to be at a street level. The moving housing comprises spaces A and A′, and the building structure comprises a basement. A lift assembly moves the moving housing from an initial to a second position, and vice versa. In the initial position a first business operating in space A is at the street level, and a second business operating in space A′ is located one floor above the first business. In the second position, the first business operating in space A is in the basement, and the second business operating in space A′ is at the street level. At least one locking mechanism laterally secures the moving housing in place. A sealing mechanism prevents objects from falling between the moving housing and the building structure.
