摘要： A locating pin assembly for coupling a first modular frame to a second modular frame is disclosed. The locating pin assembly has a first gusset plate positioned between the first modular frame and the second modular frame. The first gusset plate has a first gusset plate aperture and a second gusset plate aperture for receiving fastening means for coupling the first-modular-frame-first-beam and the second-modular-frame-first-beam the gusset plate. The pin assembly also has a pin engaging the first gusset plate, the first modular frame and the second modular frame. Also disclosed are modular frame units having the pin assembly, system of modular frame units having the pin assembly and a method of coupling modular frame units.

Each building module is constructed to be configured in either a collapsed or erect position. In the collapsed position, each module is individually transported to a site by trailer. 摘要： A telescoping barrier assembly provides interlocking modules coupled together so as to slide vertically with respect to the other. The modules telescopically extend to a deployed position to form a barrier that withstands inertial and the external forces, and then retracts to a collapsed position. The modules include a base module and a plurality of deployable modules that are arranged in a nested configuration, such that each module slides in and out of an adjacent module. The base module has a mounting portion that may be subterranean. A lifting mechanism applies an axial force to the deployable modules to enable displacement between the operational and collapsed position. Spring biased lateral support members help the deployable modules remain in the extended position and a pulley system helps displace the modules to the collapsed position. An inner and outer seal inhibit liquid leakage between the module and between multiple adjacent assemblies.

A door may be attached to the storage unit to prevent water from entering into the storage unit through the aperture. Moreover, a lower edge of the door body may be inserted into a second groove formed in the top surface of the base to prevent water from entering into the storage unit from under the door.

When the wing wall is in the open position, the inflatable support structure is selectively inflatable from a collapsed configuration to an operational configuration to thereby support the cover in an expanded operational configuration above the wing wall, such that the cover forms a sheltered space. The inflatable support structure is selectively deflatable from the operational configuration to the collapsed configuration, whereupon the first wing wall may be pivoted to the closed position to store the tent within an internal space of the container, such that the shelter is in the transport configuration.

摘要： A modular design for large pulse jet fabric filters (PJFF) is divided into similar compartments, which are each “shop-fabricated” in quarter sections prior to delivery to the power plant site. The quarter sections of the compartments are modular and sized so that they can be fabricated at a shop located away from the power plant site and transported by truck over public roads to the power plant site. Once delivered to the site, the quarter sections are bolted together and seal welded to form a PJFF compartment, without requiring additional internal fabrication or welding. The assembled compartment is then lifted onto the support structure as an assembled unit and bolted and/or welded in place. The additional components of the PJFF may also be shop-fabricated offsite to further the benefits of the modular design.
