A variable adjusting element with two threaded portions providing a variable thread pitch (P) and the same thread direction by which the position of the stop bush is adjustable. The first threaded portion engages a corresponding first threaded portion of the stop bush, and the second threaded portion engages a corresponding second threaded portion of the main body, and to an electromagnetic valve having a corresponding device, in particular for use in a fuel injector.

    摘要: A fuel injector has a housing extending along a longitudinal axis between an inlet and an outlet. A seat assembly is disposed in a body proximate the outlet. The seat assembly includes a flow portion and a securement portion. The flow portion extends along the longitudinal axis between a first surface and an orifice disk retention surface at a first length. The flow portion has a seat orifice extending therethrough and an orifice disk coupled to the orifice disk retention surface so that the orifice plate is aligned in a fixed spatial axial orientation with respect to the flow portion. The securement portion extends along the longitudinal axis away from the orifice disk retention surface at a second length greater than the first length. A method of maintaining a fixed spatial axial orientation and dimensional symmetry of at least one of the seat and orifice disk in the body is disclosed.

    摘要: A valve assembly includes a valve housing located between a fluid inlet region maintained at a first pressure and a fluid outlet region maintained at a second pressure. A movable metering plate is located within valve housing. A fixed metering plate interacts with the movable metering plate to meter fluid flow through the valve housing. An armature is coupled to the movable metering plate and is configured to move the movable metering plate from a closed position toward an open position. The fluid admission system further includes a balancing region to balance pressure related forces acting on the movable portions of the valve, including the metering plate. A balance passageway is in communication with the balancing region and the fluid outlet region to maintain the balancing region at the second pressure of the fluid outlet region when the movable metering plate is in the closed position.
