摘要： A continuous flow pumping system which provides a continuous flow of materials out of an outlet while eliminating rough stroke shift and boom bounce. The continuous flow pumping system generally includes a container for storing a material to be dispensed such as concrete. Cylinders are fluidly connected to the container such that the materials may be alternatively pulled into the cylinders or pushed out of the cylinders. A diverter valve is connected to the container adjacent the cylinders which includes a valve inlet through which the materials may be pushed to be dispensed and a pair of blocking portions which selectively cover the cylinders and also serve to cut through the materials. By rotating the diverter valve through a plurality of positions while independently controlling the intake and exhaust strokes of the cylinders, a continuous flow of materials may be ensured across all intake/exhaust strokes of the cylinders.

摘要： A thick matter pump having a material feeding container arranged in which is a pivotable transfer tube. The transfer tube has a pivoting tube that is connected to a delivery line. In order to ensure reliable sealing of the coupling joint between the transfer tube and the container wall, the transfer tube has a metallic ring element which has an inlet in the form of an arcuate slot. A cushion is arranged between the ring element and the pivoting tube. The cushion has an aperture which encloses the slot. The ring element can be moved axially relative to the pivoting tube so that the ring element can be pressed against the inner surface of the container wall via the cushion element under the action of the delivery pressure in the transfer tube.

摘要： The pump unit according to the invention encompasses at least two piston pumps, which include pump cylinders and pump pistons. Each piston pump comprises at least one inlet valve and an outlet valve. At least the inlet valves, but optionally also the outlet valves, are embodied as springless ball check valves, in the case of which the valve ball is located in an interior, which is defined by a surface of the housing (preferably of the first housing part 11) at least on one side. With this design, the actual check valve is only joined and is thus produced completely only when the housing parts are brought together. Check valves, which can be sterilized well and which can be cleaned without any residue, can thus be integrated into the pump unit in a simple and reliable manner.

The invention is characterized in that the shaft seal has, on the side thereof radially facing the shaft, a conveying thread that supports the conveying of the lubricant in the direction of the container interior, which conveying thread advantageously communicates with the container interior via a check valve open to the container interior.
