    摘要: A system includes a mounting panel having diffusion-bonded metal plates that form a reservoir to contain a process fluid, multiple channels through which to flow the process fluid, and vias through which to flow the process fluid to and from process fluid control components attached to the mounting panel. At least a pair of the multiple channels are connected with the reservoir. A temperature sensor is attached to a top of the mounting panel, the temperature sensor in fluid communication with the reservoir through one of the vias. A set of inlet ports are attached to the mounting panel, the set of inlet ports to receive the process fluid. At least one outlet port is attached to the mounting panel, the at least one outlet port to output the process fluid from the mounting panel.

    摘要: A switching valve includes main valve constituted of a five-port electromagnetic switching valve settable to a closed-center position, and a residual pressure exhaust valve including an exhaust valve cavity communicating with a supply port of the main valve and two exhaust ports, two residual pressure discharge flow paths respectively communicating with the exhaust ports, two exhaust valve elements placed inside the exhaust valve cavity and driven by pressure air from the supply port to open and close the residual pressure discharge flow paths, and a release spring that biases the exhaust valve element in a direction to open the residual pressure discharge flow paths. While the pressure air is not supplied into the exhaust valve cavity through the supply port, the exhaust valve element opens the residual pressure discharge flow paths so as to discharge residual pressure from the exhaust port, and when pressure air is supplied into the exhaust valve cavity the exhaust valve element closes the residual pressure discharge flow path, and hence the residual pressure is not discharged from the exhaust port.

Each valve block (120) contains a valve which is actuated by either one single solenoid or by two solenoids. Both sides (210, 220) of the circuit board (210) are provided with a circuit (212, 222). The first surface (210) of the circuit board (205) carries a single type valve circuit (212) for supplying one single solenoid with electrical energy. This first surface (210) can be mark e.g. with an “S”. The second surface (220) of the circuit board (205) carries a double-type valve circuit (222) for supplying two solenoids with electrical power. This second surface (220) can be marked e.g. with a “D”.     摘要: A modular manifold system is provided for interconnecting fluid components of a fluid system in a reduced area. The system is comprised of a one or more bridge fittings having an internal fluid passageway which has an inlet end in fluid communication with an outlet port of a first fluid component, and an outlet end in fluid communication with an inlet port of a second fluid component. The bridge fittings may be mounted within a channel of a backing plate for structural support. An optional locator plate may be utilized which is mounted over the ends of the bridge fittings in order to align the inlet and outlet ports of the fluid components with the inlet and outlet ends of the bridge fittings. The bridge fittings may also be mounted to the locator plate in multiple directions forming multiple flow paths. Additionally, the bridge fittings may be stacked to form multiple layers where bridge fittings of one layer may be in fluid communication with bridge fittings of another layer. The invention may further comprise seals provided in a recess between the fluid ports and the mating bridge fittings ends.
