    摘要: A shift-by-wire transmission system is provided. The system includes a gearbox that is configured and arranged to receive a rotational input and provide a select rotational output. The gearbox includes a plurality of gear assemblies that are operationally coupled together to provide the select rotational output from the rotational input. A shift assembly is operationally coupled to the plurality of gear assemblies of the gearbox to selectively change gearing of gearbox. An electric motor is operationally coupled to the shift assembly to activate the shift assembly to selectively change the gearing of the gearbox. A manual shift override is employed that is coupled between the shift assembly and the electric motor. The manual shift override is configured and arranged to manually disconnect the electric motor from the shift assembly and activate the shift assembly.

    摘要: A parking lock device of a gearbox is provided. The device includes a gearbox shaft, a gearbox housing, a locking ring which may be displaced axially along the gearbox shaft, a control ring which may be moved axially relative to the locking ring and the gearbox shaft. A movement of the control ring relative to the locking ring axially along the gearbox shaft causes an axial movement of the locking ring axially along the gearbox shaft, and the control ring displaces the locking ring in an activated state axially along the gearbox shaft to a predetermined axial position along the gearbox shaft. The gearbox shaft, the gearbox housing and the locking ring are designed and adapted to one another in such a way that in an activated state of the locking ring there is a positive engagement between the gearbox shaft, the gearbox housing and the locking ring.

    摘要: A brake mechanism includes a clutch unit and a disc. The clutch unit includes a first and second engagement mechanism. Each engagement mechanism presents at least one tooth. The disc defines at least one slot. Each engagement mechanism is movable relative to the disc between a disengaged position and an engaged position. The tooth of the first engagement mechanism is configured to engage the slot of the disc when in the engaged position to cease rotation of the disc in a first direction of rotation. The tooth of the second engagement mechanism is configured to engage the slot of the disc when in the engaged position to cease rotation of the disc in a second direction of rotation, opposite the first direction of rotation. The disc is configured to rotate about an axis of rotation, relative to the clutch unit, when each engagement mechanism is in the disengaged position.

    摘要: A parking brake includes transmission shaft, park gear and parking assembly. The park gear is connected to the transmission shaft. The parking assembly includes holder and engagement mechanisms. The holder on the transmission shaft is slidable in axial direction of the transmission shaft. The engagement mechanism includes engagement body and elastic member. The engagement body is furnished on the holder and slidable in a radial direction of the transmission shaft. The elastic members are connected to the holder and located between the holder and the engagement bodies. The engagement bodies protrude from a surface of the holder. When the parking assembly is moved toward the park gear, and some of the engagement bodies are pressed and moved with respect to the holder, the park gear is engaged with some of the plurality of engagement mechanisms not moved with respect to the holder.
