摘要: A fluid check piping of an embodiment includes a piping main body, a check window, and a check plate. The piping main body is arranged along a horizontal direction, and a fluid flows through an inside of the piping main body. The check window is provided on an upper portion of a circumferential wall of the piping main body, and the inside of the piping main body is capable of being viewed from an outside of the piping main body. The check plate is provided on an inner circumferential surface of the piping main body, is rotatably arranged side-by-side with the check window, droops by its own weight, and rises so as to block the check window in response to a pressure of the fluid.

摘要: The invention relates to an inertization apparatus for inerting a working volume in a chemical production plant by flushing with inert gas, where the chemical production plant comprises a plant-wide inert gas distribution system having pipes for distributing the inert gas and at least one inert gas offtake position which can be connected to a connecting conduit. According to the invention, it is provided that the connecting conduit between inertization apparatus and working volume is connected, at its end nearest the working volume, in a not reversibly detachable manner to an intermediate piece, where the intermediate piece can be connected in a reversibly detachable manner to a counterpiece provided on the working volume.

摘要: A method, device and processing system for a G-ZED “Gaseous Zero Emissions Device” for the inspection, detection and management of gaseous permeation through composite pipe structures, termed Reinforced Thermoplastic Pipe, non-metallic or partially metallic composite pipelines and conduits, or cured type structure, and instrumented with inventive monitoring, inspection and communication systems, prefabricated, and delivered for installation, in existing lined or free-standing pipes with minimal disturbance to the operation of such pipelines. The device has a cylindrical gas chamber surrounding a portion of a continuous multilayered composite pipe to capture permeated gas directed into the gas chamber and then to a compression chamber for pressure separation, reclamation and reinjection into the pipeline gas flow or to storage. The device is monitored and controlled through individual embedded sensors, reader/activator fiber optic sensing and transmission, data transmission and a computer system for receiving and processing information.

摘要: A pig routing insert or drain is used in various subsea systems having a block structure, e.g., block manifolds, with a plurality of perforated fluid passages. The insert generally includes a substantially unrestricted flow opening configured to allow substantially unrestricted fluid flow and passage of a cleaning pig, and a partially restricted opening having at least one pig blocking structure, in which the partially restricted opening is configured to allow substantially unrestricted fluid flow through the partially restricted opening whilst blocking the passage of the cleaning pig through the partially restricted opening. A method for manufacturing and installing the pig routing insert or drain in a machined block manifold includes positioning a manufactured pig routing insert at an intersection of first and second perforated fluid flow holes formed in a body of a structure and fastening the manufactured pig routing insert within the intersection in the body.

摘要: A light detection and ranging device associated with an autonomous vehicle scans through a scanning zone while emitting light pulses and receives reflected signals corresponding to the light pulses. The reflected signals indicate a three-dimensional point map of the distribution of reflective points in the scanning zone. A hyperspectral sensor images a region of the scanning zone corresponding to a reflective feature indicated by the three-dimensional point map. The output from the hyperspectral sensor includes spectral information characterizing a spectral distribution of radiation received from the reflective feature. The spectral characteristics of the reflective feature allow for distinguishing solid objects from non-solid reflective features, and a map of solid objects is provided to inform real time navigation decisions.
