摘要: The embodiments of the present disclosure provide methods and Internet of Things systems for installing a gas pipeline compensator of smart gas. The method may be implemented by a processor of a smart gas device management platform of an Internet of Things system for installing a gas pipeline compensator of smart gas and may include: obtaining a pipeline feature and an estimated operation feature of a target pipeline; generating an estimated stretching and contracting feature of the target pipeline based on the pipeline feature and the estimated operation feature; and generating an installation parameter of the compensator based on the estimated stretching and contracting feature, wherein the installation parameter at least includes a device parameter of the compensator.

摘要: The disclosure relates to the construction of a support for above-ground pipelines and can be used for laying pipelines in in permafrost and on slopes. The result of the support is uniform distribution of the load from the pipeline to a bedding cradle, displacement of a movable part in response to predetermined conditions, and prevention of deformation due to soil heaving. The result is achieved due to inclusion of moving and fixed parts. The movable part includes a semi-cylindrical cradle with two semi-annular frames on the outside of the cradle, detachable half-yokes fix the pipe in the cradle, side cheeks welded to the frame and movably fixed to the tower base by a hinged joint, and a base slidably positioned on a stationary surface of the support. The objective is also solved using a support assembly being structurally different than prior art supports, as described herein.

摘要: The disclosure relates to a saddle support for use in above-ground pipeline construction in severe geological conditions, such as permafrost. The support provides structural stability and redistribution of a load from a pipeline to a pile foundation. The saddle support includes the spool coupled to four adjustable stands through electric insulating units. The stands can be adjusted to change a height and slope angle of the support and are fastened to a single-level pilework that supported by the pile foundation via flanges. The spool is a pipe having an external case and a heat-insulating layer. Longitudinal ribs are fastened to the spool to fasten the spool to the stands. The load-bearing structure of the spool resists axial and side movements of the pipeline and transfer the load absorbed by the spool to the pilework foundation via the electric insulating units on the adjustable stands.

摘要: A method of avoiding damage to a decoupling hose mounted between two tubes of a motor vehicle exhaust system, said hose comprising a deformable inner portion, an outer sealing leakproofing portion in the form of a continuous and leaktight sleeve having a flexible central zone and two rigid endpieces, and an intermediate portion in the form of a wad of thermal lagging extending substantially over the entire length of the outer sleeve, each rigid endpiece extending at least over a length such that its peripheral end edge connected to the flexible central zone overlies the inner portion of the hose which is subjected to deformation, wherein, in order to avoid any damage to the wad of thermal lagging by said peripheral end edge of each endpiece, the method consists in defining the effective length of the endpieces in such a manner that for the wad of thermal lagging having an initial thickness H0 and a compressed thickness Hc when compressed by said peripheral edge of each endpiece during maximum transverse deflection in operation of the inner portion of the hose, the ratio [H0-Hc]/H0 is less than 0.3.

摘要: This invention pertains to a segmented insert installed within the horizontal conduit of a non-mechanical means (such as an L-valve) for controlling the external flow of particulate material recycled to a fluidized bed combustor. The segmented insert is insulated to protect the horizontal conduit and the individual segments are joined together by a combination of a collar and hinge means. This method of coupling retains the co-axial alignment of the individual segments for leak-free operations while also enabling them to move or pivot independent of each other while still being connected together. Such independent movement is necessary for stress release purposes during high temperature operation.

摘要: An improved insulated tubing string with insulated coupling formed of concentric tubing members insulated from each other to prevent heat from the inner tubing from being conducted to and through the outer tubing. The coupling joins the outer tubing of successive tubing assemblies to provide additional strength to the string and the inner tubing is insulated within the coupling to prevent heat loss at the coupling. The inner tubing is elongated during fabrication and joined to the outer tubing when elongated to reduce heat stress on the string when in use.
