The separation member includes a separation membrane that is provided inside the body and that blocks flow of the anode off-gas and the fuel gas; and a uniform distribution pipe that penetrates the separation membrane, and the uniform distribution pipe has an inlet on the body above a position where the anode off-gas supply unit is provided and a position where the fuel gas supply unit is provided, and an outlet in a region opposite to the region where the inlet is provided based on the separation membrane.
