摘要: A decorative-flame burner includes a manifold elongated along an axis and a plurality of nipples supported by the manifold. A jet is supported by and protrudes outwardly from each nipple. Each nipple is elongated transverse to the axis from a first end of the nipple to a second end of the nipple. Each nipple has threads at the first end of the nipple and the manifold includes threaded holes spaced from each other along the axis and threadedly engaged with the threads on the first ends of the nipples.

摘要: A streamer type flame simulation device includes a casing, some cross-flow fans disposed inside the casing, a first streamer, a second streamer, a supplementary air-supplying device and a light source. The supplementary air-supplying device is arranged in the split joint area between the two cross-flow fans. Since a supplementary air-supplying device is provided between two cross-flow fans for supplying air, the deficiency where air was unable to deliver at the space occupied by the drive motor of the cross-flow fans can be avoided. Various parts of the first streamer and the second streamer can be blown, thus preventing the flame from being cut off and enhancing the overall coordination, which greatly improves the viewing effect of the flame area.

摘要: A lighting system for an electric fireplace, and a fireplace assembly including such system, may include a plurality of logs arranged in different orientations and in different rows. Some of the logs may include a substantially planar surface facing forwards. A front projector may project a lighting effect onto the logs, including the substantially planar surfaces, and a rear projector may project a lighting effect onto a non-transparent screen positioned behind the plurality of logs. The lighting system desirably provides a realistic three-dimensional flame effect in conjunction with a log set having a natural, split-log appearance. Other features may be included to enhance the lighting system, including internal lights in the logs and in an ember bed, as well as coloration of the logs to enhance the lighting effects and the natural appearance of the logs.

摘要: An improved fire grate may provide fresh oxygen rich air to a secondary combustion zone, created by the improved fire grate, of a combustion chamber where a combustion gas stream is typically oxygen starved assisting in the burning process of incompletely burned particulates and reducing other harmful emissions. A baffle plate may be introduced in the secondary combustion zone to increase a combustion chamber temperature, encourage mixing of oxygen starved air with oxygen rich air and increase a residence time of the combustion gas within the combustion chamber. These aspects of the baffle plate promote more efficient burning of the biomass/fuel. Additionally, log lighter(s) may be disposed in the secondary combustion zone to increase a temperature of the combustion chamber for the purposes of reducing harmful emissions. The improved fire grate may be horizontally and vertically adjusted to fit within different sized fireplace combustion chambers.

Alternatively, or in addition, the heating apparatus can be capable of operating as a direct vent device or as a vent free device.

摘要: A biomass fuel simulation fireplace having a body which is able to be placed on the ground. The body has a front simulation fireplace and an oven. The oven has a combustion cabinet and an auxiliary equipment cabinet. The combustion cabinet has a burner received therein. A heat exchange cabinet is above the burner. At least two rows of heat dissipation tubes are in the heat exchange cabinet, each row having at least two heat dissipation tubes. An upright cross wall is between each two the neighboring rows of heat dissipation tubes. The auxiliary equipment cabinet has a fuel supply mechanism and an electrical equipment received therein. The fuel supply mechanism has a hopper, a fuel tube and a rotary vane feeder. The electrical equipment has a heat dissipation air blower, a feeding motor, an air blower, a draft fan, a light source and a motor for the simulation fireplace, a power supply, and a switch.

摘要: A method of forming a simulated combustible fuel element including covering at least a part of a surface of a master with a material selected to produce a mold, and then removing the master from the mold. A predetermined amount of a liquefied body material that is less than a volume of the mold is introduced into the mold. A body including the body material is produced with one or more cavities therein and an exterior surface simulating at least the part of the surface of the master. The body material is allowed to solidify, at least to the extent that the body material is self-supporting, and the mold and the body are separated. One or more fuel light sources are positioned to direct light therefrom in the cavity. At least a portion of the exterior surface is coated so that the portion simulates a combustible fuel element.
