    摘要: An electronic control device includes: a flow rate calculation unit that calculates a flow rate of intake air based on an output signal of a flow rate measurement device assembled to an intake pipe; a flow rate correction value calculation unit that calculates an average value, a maximum value, and a minimum value of the flow rate of the intake air, calculated by the flow rate calculation unit, during a predetermined period, and an amplitude of a signal with one or more frequencies equal to or higher than a fundamental frequency of the output signal of the flow rate measurement device and included in the output signal of the flow rate measurement device, and calculates a correction value for the flow rate of the intake air based on calculation results; and a flow rate correction unit that corrects the flow rate of the intake air based on the correction value.

    摘要: Methods, burner, apparatuses, and systems are provided for controlling a velocity of a jet of gas exiting a burner when the gas is heated or not and at a corresponding second higher temperature or lower first temperature. Through the use of a temperature-sensitive magnetic valve, the flow of a gas can be redirected to maintain velocity of the gas as delivered to a combustion chamber based on the temperature of the gas. The temperature-sensitive magnetic valve can redirect flow of the gas based on the magnetic state of a ferromagnetic material. The state of the temperature-sensitive magnetic valve changes based on the temperature of the gas to maintain the velocity of the gas delivered through an outlet of the burner to the combustion chamber. Thus, heated gases and standard temperature gases can be delivered at approximately equal velocities thus maintaining flame size and shape.

    摘要: An integrated damper control system is used with a gas fired appliance including a gas burner, a flue and a damper for selectively opening the flue. The damper control system comprises an appliance control including a programmed processor for controlling the gas burner and a communication interface device. A damper control comprises a programmed processor for controlling the damper and a communication interface device for communication with the appliance control communication interface device. The damper control programmed processor is programmed to selectively open or close the damper responsive to status of a damper request register and to control status of a lockout register to indicate status of the damper. The appliance control programmed processor is programmed to control status of the damper request register responsive to a call for operation of the gas burner and to operate the gas burner only if the lockout register is set to unlock.

    摘要: A damper regulator device for adjusting the orientation of a damper blade in an air transfer system, such as a duct, is disclosed. The regulator is coupled to an end portion, of a damper shaft, pivoting of a handle component of the regulator functioning to turn the shaft and hence the blade. The device is adjustable to accommodate damper shafts of different configurations and sizes without disassembly of the device by shifting the handle between one or another of a pair of slots disposed at disparate distances from the shaft. The shifting of the shaft between slots in effected by a channel extending between the slots.

    摘要: An automatic air intake control includes a timing mechanism that regulates the amount of air entering a combustion chamber enclosure during combustion of a fuel. The amount of air is regulated to provide an efficient and clean burn of a solid fuel. The control may include a cover, an actuating assembly, and a controller. The cover is movable between open and closed positions relative to an air passage opening into the combustion chamber enclosure. The actuating assembly is coupled to the cover and configured to move the cover between the open and closed positions. The controller is coupled to the actuating member and configured to control the position of the cover through the actuating member to regulate the air intake into the combustion chamber. The controller may be a time-based device such as a timer, or may be any other device that uses inputs associated with the combustion of fuel in the combustion chamber or a user's preferences for the characteristics of combustion in combustion chamber.
