摘要: A method, an image processing apparatus, and a system for generating a road image by using two-dimensional map data are proposed. The method includes receiving, by an image processing apparatus, an input of the map data of a specific area, extracting, by the image processing apparatus, road geometry information and road attribute information of a road from the map data, determining, by the image processing apparatus, road object standard information matched with the road attribute information for at least one road element of the road, generating, by the image processing device, style information for the at least one road element on a basis of at least one of the road attribute information and the road object standard information, and applying, by the image processing apparatus, the style information to the road geometry information to generate a basic road image including the road and the at least one road element.

摘要: Described is a method that involves operating an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) to begin a flight, where the UAV relies on a navigation system to navigate to a destination. During the flight, the method involves operating a camera to capture images of the UAV's environment, and analyzing the images to detect features in the environment. The method also involves establishing a correlation between features detected in different images, and using location information from the navigation system to localize a feature detected in different images. Further, the method involves generating a flight log that includes the localized feature. Also, the method involves detecting a failure involving the navigation system, and responsively operating the camera to capture a post-failure image. The method also involves identifying one or more features in the post-failure image, and determining a location of the UAV based on a relationship between an identified feature and a localized feature.

摘要: A method for generating map data comprising training a generator neural network by acquiring training data elements and training a generative adversarial network, comprising training a generator neural network to generate, for a satellite image and a road usage image of a training data element, the map data image of the training data element and comprising generating map data for a geographical region by acquiring road usage information specifying which parts of a geographical area have been used for driving a vehicle, acquiring a satellite image of the geographical area, forming a road usage image of the geographical area which has pixels, each pixel corresponding to a respective part of the geographical area and having a value indicating whether its part of the geographical area is specified by the road usage information to have been used; and feeding the satellite image and the road usage image to the trained generator neural network.

Such a system may include a ground vehicle including a first computing device and a first scanning sensor, and an aerial vehicle including a second computing device and a second scanning sensor. The ground vehicle can obtain a first real-time map based on first scanning data using the first scanning sensor, and transmit a first real-time map and position information to the aerial vehicle. The aerial vehicle can receive the first real-time map and the position information from the first computing device, obtain a second real-time map based on second scanning data collected using the second scanning sensor, and obtain a third real-time map based on the first real-time map and the second real-time map.

摘要: A method of determining a roadway map includes receiving an image from above a roadway. The method further includes generating a skeletonized map based on the received image, wherein the skeletonized map comprises a plurality of roads. The method includes identifying intersections based on joining of multiple roads of the plurality of roads in the skeletonized map. The method includes partitioning the skeletonized map based on the identified intersections, wherein partitioning the skeletonized map defines a roadway data set and an intersection data set. The method includes analyzing the roadway data set to determine a number of lanes in each roadway of the plurality of roads. The method further includes analyzing the intersection data set to lane connections in the identified intersections. The method further includes merging results of the analyzed road data set and the analyzed intersection data set to generate the roadway map.
