The metering drum (2) comprises a metering chamber (5), a chamber outlet (6) and a chamber inlet (7). The metering drum (2) further has a rotary valve (8), said rotary valve (8), in a first working position, connecting the drum inlet (4) to the chamber inlet (7) while closing the chamber outlet (6), thereby admitting air to the container (1) and removing air from the metering chamber (5). In a second working position, The metering drum (2) closes the chamber inlet (7) while connecting the drum outlet (3) to the chamber outlet (6), thereby further admitting air to the metering chamber (5) and the air admission channel (11) being connected to the system air admission structure (22).

    摘要: Spill and contaminant resistant dispensers and measuring cap devices and methods for measuring and dispensing a desired amount of a bulk particulate, powdery, granular or viscous liquid substance from a storage container through a cap or a dispenser are provided. A dispenser and measuring cap is attached to a storage container or comprises an integral storage container. The dispenser and measuring cap has one or more measuring chamber ducts, each having a different predetermined volume. The measuring chamber ducts are selectively and separately operationally aligned with an internal funnel stem and a dispensing spout. A selected measuring chamber duct is filled with the substance by inverting the cap and attached container. A measured amount of the substance is captured and dispensed, and the unused portion of the substance retained in the storage container without exposure to outside contaminants or implements, by rotating the duct into operational alignment with the spout.

    摘要: A dispensing device for a fluid container, which includes a container cap, a switching nozzle, a securing mechanism and a dispensing compartment. The container cap has apertures, and the switching nozzle has a closing and an opening state. In the closing state the switching nozzle hermetically seals the apertures. An oval skirt is attached to the switching nozzle embracing the container cap, having protrusions for fixing the skirt to the container cap. Pressing the skirt releases the fixing and allows switching to an opening state. A setting mechanism determines the limited volume of the dispensing compartment and secures the volume from undesired variation. An annular portion has clefts and quantity markings. The setting mechanism encompasses the annular portion and has setting bumps bulging proximate to the annular portion, and barrel apertures. Upon mating the setting bumps with a cleft, a marking is exposed through the apertures.

    摘要: A cap is attached to a container by means of a device with first and second disks mounted on opposite ends of a shaft, each disk having an opening. A cover cup is rotatably mounted on the shaft. When the container is inverted, rotation of the cover cup to a first position provokes alignment of the opening of an interior wall of the cover cup with the opening of the first disk, permitting material to flow from the container to the interior of the cover cup, and a subsequent rotation of the cover cup to a second position aligns the opening of the second disk with the opening of an end wall of the cover cup, to permit dispensing the material from the cover cup to a place of use.
