    摘要: A manual pulse generator stores pulse data for past several cycles, along with an up-to-date pulse, into its buffer area. A numerical control device receives the pulse data transmitted from the manual pulse generator through a communication unit. An accumulated pulse amount calculation unit determines the amount of pulses to be accumulated in the buffer area according to the frequency of occurrence of communication errors of the received pulse data. A servo-output delay unit commands a control unit to start outputting to a servo processing unit after the received pulses are accumulated to the amount determined by the accumulated pulse amount calculation unit.

    摘要: A digital compensator controls a servomechanism, such as the focus servo of an optical disk drive. The compensator waits one full sample period before applying the correction that was calculated for the proceeding sample. The compensator does not use the present input sample in its calculation of the present output sample. The method for operating the digital compensator comprises the steps of receiving a first input sample at time t.sub.1, receiving a second input sample at time t.sub.2, and computing a first output in response to the first input sample at time t.sub.2. The method does not require a present input sample to calculate a present output.

    摘要: A controller capable of transmitting and receiving an input signal from a drive circuit corresponding to a moving device, a mounting head, or the like of an electronic component mounting machine or an output signal to the drive circuit for each predetermined period (A/2), in which the controller computes an output signal based on an input signal which is received before the predetermined period, stores the output signal for a time greater than or equal to the predetermined period, and subsequently transmits the output signal to the drive circuit. It becomes possible to set a time (a delay time) from when an input signal is output until an output signal reaches a drive circuit to an arbitrary length by adjusting the storage time.
