Managing the table includes returning (for a read request) the first output value for the first field.

A method may include receiving a temporal UDF and include determining a period of time over which to apply the temporal UDF. The method may further include storing the temporal UDF and the period of time over which to apply the temporal UDF. A computer-readable medium may include instructions to receive a temporal UDF and instructions to store the temporal UDF. The computer-readable medium may further include instructions to determine a period of applicability of the temporal UDF and instructions to store the period of applicability in a storage device.

摘要： For machine procedure simulation, a synchronization module stores a plurality of equipment procedures in a procedure database. Each equipment procedure corresponds to an equipment instance of a plurality of equipment instances and each equipment instance corresponds to an equipment reference code. The synchronization module further synchronizes the plurality of equipment procedures to a mobile device. A retrieval module receives a first equipment reference code at the mobile device and retrieves a first equipment procedure indexed to the first equipment reference code. The first equipment procedure includes a machine simulation for the first equipment instance. A training module receives a procedure step directed to the machine simulation. In addition, the training module displays an operator simulation interacting with the machine simulation in response to the procedure step.

A received data structure is parsed for a version identifier of a caller. The parsed version identifier is compared to a stored procedure version identifier and a determination is made with regards to a data structure compatibility or a data structure incompatibility. If a data structure compatibility is determined, all received data structure elements are parsed. If, however, a data structure incompatibility is determined, only data structure elements known to both the caller and the stored procedures are parsed.

摘要： A system, method, and program product are provided that identifies a remote stored procedure stored in a remote database management system, and automatically generates a local stored procedure stored in a local database management system. To automatically generate the local stored procedure, local and remote metadata are gathered corresponding, respectively, to a local database management system and a remote database management system. The remote metadata is used to create a call statement to the remote stored procedure. The created invocation method maps input values, input to the local stored procedure, to input parameters of the remote stored procedure. Results in the local stored procedure are set by mapping the data returned from the remote stored procedure to the corresponding return values (e.g., parameters and result sets) in the local stored procedure values.

The invention bridges the gap between non-relational query languages and relational data stores. In other words, the invention enables the integration of non-relational query languages with relational data stores. The invention can define a view of the relational data in the current data model, convert data from relational to non-relational format and provide a mechanism in which a stored procedure can be referenced from the non-relational query language, using, for example, a function.

摘要： A parallel database system retrieval method and system for transferring from database operation servers to a front end server only those data items that are used in subsequent processing, thereby shortening the query time when the unused data are massive. The invention allows an initial retrieval query to transfer only location information about the target data from a database operation server to the front end server. Using the location information the invention permits a subsequent query to get variable-bound location information so that the latter query will retrieve a desired sub-data item according to the acquired location information and dictionary information about the sub-data item locations within the data.
