摘要： Systems and methods for aggregating digital ink instances within an electronic document. One system includes a memory configured to store instructions and an electronic processor coupled to the memory. The electronic processor, through execution of the instructions in the memory, is configured to receive detected interactions between a touchscreen and a digital pen representing one or more digital strokes within a canvas and determine whether the one or more digital strokes match a predetermined signifier. The electronic processor is also configured to, in response to determining that the one or more digital strokes match the predetermined signifier, determine a first digital ink instance included in the electronic document based on a position of the one or more digital strokes within the canvas, duplicate the first digital ink instance to create a second digital ink instance, and add the second digital ink instance to a designated portion of the electronic document.

摘要： Disclosed is an electronic device for processing a handwriting input and including a touch screen, a processor operatively connected with the touch screen, and a memory operatively connected with the processor, wherein the memory stores instructions, which when executed, cause the processor to control the electronic device to perform handwriting recognition for a first handwriting input of a user displayed on the touch screen, to convert the first handwriting input into a text, identify at least one of an attribute or characteristic of the first handwriting input, apply at least one of the identified attribute or characteristic to the converted text, and in response to a request for conversion of the first handwriting input, replace the first handwriting input into a text (herein after, a first rich text) to which the identified at least one of the attribute or characteristic has been applied.

The electronic device displays, in the first region in response to the first comment, the first content including the first comment. The first region is any region that can be displayed on the display, and a display position of the first content in the first region remains unchanged.

摘要： A system, method and computer program product for use in managing collaboration on documents having digital ink on a network of computing devices is disclosed. Each computing device has a processor and at least one system application for processing handwriting input under control of the processor. The system application displays, on a display associated with one of the computing devices, a document having digital ink based on a journal of the document, defines the journal to have journal entries associated with at least handwriting input to the document represented by the digital ink, and communicates the journal entries of the journal with one or more of the other networked computing devices displaying the document. The handwriting input associated with the journal entries is handwriting input to the document via the input interface of any of the computing devices displaying the document based on the communicated journal entries.

摘要： A digital ink processing system, method, and program are provided that are capable of presenting, to a user, useful and highly relevant information as a search result when a search is performed using digital ink. A processor included in a tablet enables a pointing operation of an electronic pen relative to a stroke or strokes. The processor, after enabling the pointing operation of the electronic pen, performs a search for content related to a semantic attribute of the stroke or strokes pointed at, or requests an external server to perform the search. The processor performs control so as to display the related content retrieved by the search on a display with the stroke or strokes.
