摘要： A removable cassette housing for rebalancing bills among storage cassettes is disclosed. The removable cassette housing includes a first docking apparatus and a second docking apparatus structured to receive a first storage cassette and a second storage cassette, respectively, a transport apparatus operatively coupled to the docking apparatuses and a computing system. The transport apparatus is structured to facilitate transferring the bills among the storage cassettes. The computing system is structured to generate a first storage data packet and a second storage data packet associated with the first storage cassette and the second storage cassette, respectively. The computing system is also structured to generate a rebalancing instruction based on at least one of the first storage data packet and the second storage data packet. The cassette housing is structured to cause the transport apparatus to transport bills based on a rebalancing instruction.

摘要： A non-transitory, computer readable storage medium storing a program for processing financial transactions of a retailer at a currency recycler having a housing, a processor located within the housing, and a currency routing assembly disposed within the housing to move currency to at least one stacker, includes the step of processing deposits at the at the currency recycler. The processor further performs the steps of crediting an account of a user for each deposit, processing withdrawals at the currency recycler, and debiting the account of the user for each withdrawal. Still further the processor performs the steps of reconciling all transactions at the currency recycler at an end of day and allowing a user to modify the end of day based on business needs.

摘要： A cash recycler that is configured to allow deposited money to be dispensed (recycled) in a withdrawal transaction. In one embodiment, multiple currency recyclers could be used at multiple stores of a retail establishment and collectively work from one pending balance. Embodiments are also contemplated in which multiple accounts at one recycler location. In some cases, the currency recycler provides provisional credit for deposits of coinage and checks. In some cases, transactions made on the currency recycler could be settled to any financial institution.

摘要： A currency handling system includes a safe at a first location. The safe seals received currency in a tamper evident container before allowing access to the container. The container includes a container body defining a mouth providing access to an inner volume having variable height. The inner volume has a length and width sized to receive and hold currency in a stacked arrangement. The container also includes an information storage device disposed on the container body and a closure fastener disposed on at least one of the mouth and a side wall of the container body for holding the mouth in a permanently closed state, preventing non-destructive access to the inner volume of the container body. The currency handling system also includes a secure deposit system at a second location configured to receive the sealed container.

摘要： An arrangement for processing of value documents at a preparation station, prior to their processing by means of a value document processing apparatus, involves inserting the value documents into a container divided into several storage regions. The value documents of the respective deposit are removed at the preparation station from delivery containers which respectively include a unique deposit identification. A monitoring device automatically captures into which storage region of the value document container the value documents are inserted. A protocol device connected to the monitoring device links the respective deposit identification to the container identification and to the respective storage region identification and transmits this linking information to a control device or to an accounting device, which assigns the value documents present in the respective storage region of the respective value document container to the respective deposit with the aid of the linking information transmitted by the protocol device.
