摘要: A solenoid includes a coil portion, a yoke having a cylindrical portion and a bottom portion and accommodating the coil portion, a plunger configured to slide in an axial direction, a stator core. The stator core has a magnetic attraction core, and a sliding core having a cylindrical core portion, a first magnetic flux transfer portion configured to transfer a flux between the yoke and the core portion, and a magnetic flux passage suppressing portion configured to suppress passage of magnetic flux between the sliding core and the magnetic attraction core. A second magnetic flux transfer portion is arranged on a radial outside of the magnetic attraction core end portion and transfers the magnetic flux between the magnetic attraction core and the cylindrical portion. The first magnetic flux transfer portion is gap-fitted in the cylindrical portion.

摘要: A linear actuator (20, 20′, 20″) comprises a plunger receptacle (22); a coil (24); a magnetic plunger (26); a magnetic base (28); a return spring (30); and a lock spring (32, 32′). The coil (24) is wound about at least a portion of an exterior surface of the plunger receptacle (22). The magnetic plunger (26) is at least partially disposed within a cavity at least partially formed by an interior surface of the plunger receptacle (22) for linear motion along a plunger axis (34). The magnetic base (28) is radially disposed relative to the plunger (26). The return spring (30) is disposed to bias the plunger (26) to a plunger extended position. The lock spring (32, 32′) is configured and oriented to lock the plunger (26) in the plunger extended position when power is not applied to the coil (24) but to be attracted to the magnetic base (28) and thereby permit movement of the plunger (26) to a plunger retracted position when the power is applied to the coil (24).

摘要: In a solenoid of a hydraulic pressure control apparatus, a region adjacent to an oil flow guide portion of a stopper breathing passage is formed in a magnetism application region, through which a leakage magnetic flux leaking from a magnetic circuit at a time of turning on of a coil passes. Thereby, magnetic foreign objects made of iron or iron containing material are magnetically attracted to the leakage magnetic flux, so that intrusion of the foreign objects from an outside of the solenoid into a second volume variable chamber through the stopper breathing passage is limited.

摘要: A solenoid valve has a valve body with first and second ports. A bobbin is mounted to the valve body. A winding is wound on the bobbin. A stator is fitted to one end of a hole through the bobbin and defines a third port therein. A plunger is slidably fitted to the hole and movable between a normal position and an energized position. Two plugs are installed at respective ends of the plunger and arranged to selectively close the first and third ports. A flux return device is fixed to the stator and the bobbin. A spring returns the plunger from the energized position, where the plunger closes the third port and the first and second ports communicate with each other via the hole in the bobbin, to the normal position, where the plunger closes the first port and the second and third ports communicate with each.

The instant invention eliminates the need for a two-piece construction of the center pole, leading to a simplified fabrication process, increased performance of product solenoid housing, and increased operational lifetimes as well.

摘要: The disclosed embodiments include an apparatus and a method for controlling fluid flow. In accordance with certain of the disclosed embodiments, a valve is disclosed that comprises a yoke that encases a coil. The yoke has a gap adjacent to a central aperture of the yoke. A core tube is placed in the central aperture. The core tube has a core slidingly disposed within an interior chamber for controlling a fluid flow rate from a flow inlet to a flow outlet. A current is provided to the coil. Magnetic flux, generated by the coil in response to the current, is directed through the gap to cause the core to move proportionally based on the amount of current provided to the coil for changing the fluid flow rate from the flow inlet to the flow outlet.

The drive shaft is reciprocated with the movable iron core which reciprocates based on excitation and demagnetization of the coil. A permanent magnet is integrally arranged at the movable iron core on the same axis center.

摘要: In an electromagnetic fuel injector of an internal combustion engine, an electromagnetic coil for valve driving is to be wound on a bobbin, and the bobbin is constituted by a synthetic resin containing a filler having good heat conductivity. For example, the bobbin with the coil to be wound thereon is constituted by PPS containing iron oxide and/or alumina as a filler. Two types of electromagnetic coils different in characteristics are provided in the fuel injector. These coils are wound separately on one bobbin in an axial direction. Among them, one coil (hereinafter referred to as “first coil”) has a winding region near a movable unit with a valve element being the object of magnetic suction, and other-coil (hereinafter referred to as “second coil”) has a winding region away from the movable unit. The bobbin has a step difference of the outer diameter so that the bobbin outer diameter in the region with the second coil to be wound thereon is smaller than the bobbin outer diameter in the region with the first coil to be wound thereon, and the bobbin inner diameter has a step difference in that the bobbin inner diameter in the region with the first coil to be wound thereon is made large partially so as to secure an annular space to interpose a seal ring therein.
