    摘要: In one embodiment, when the current density at the cathode is less than 0.2 mA/mm2, cathode sputtering is avoided or reduced to such an extent that the life time of the CCFL is not significantly adversely affected. In another embodiment, the internal diameter (ID) of the CCFL tube is within the range of 3 to 16 mm. Preferably, the distance between the anode and cathode is within a range of about 200˜1000 times of the internal diameter of the CCFL tube, and the distances between at least one section of the CCFL tube and two adjacent sections of the CCFL tube is less than about 5 times an outside diameter of the CCFL tube. Preferably, the efficiency of the CCFL is not less than about 55 lm/W.

    摘要: The present invention provides a ceramic-glass composite electrode and a fluorescent lamp having the same. The ceramic-glass composite electrode according to the present invention is a ceramic-glass composite, which is disposed at the ends of a glass tube of the fluorescent lamp. A stopper is disposed at the end of the glass tube for pushing against the ceramic-glass composite electrode and limiting the position of the ceramic-glass composite electrode slipped on the glass tube. Thereby, flowing of adhesives into the glass tube is avoided when the adhesives are used for gluing the glass tube and the ceramic-glass composite electrode, and hence extending the lifetime of the fluorescent lamp.

With this configuration, efficiency of the assembly work can be improved and reliable power supply to the tubular light sources 17 can be provided.

    摘要: A cold cathode fluorescent lamp includes: a working gas, a transparent tube, a fluorescent layer, an anode, a cold cathode and a light cut filter film. The transparent tube receives a working gas, and has an inner surface and an outer surface. The fluorescent layer is formed on the inner surface of the transparent tube. The light cut filter film is formed on the outer surface of the transparent tube. The cold cathode is disposed at one end of the transparent tube and the anode is disposed at the other end of the transparent tube. The cold cathode fluorescent lamp can block most part of the ultraviolet lights and infrared lights to irradiate at the light guide plate, whereby the light guide plate has a long service life without following problems such as thermal deformation, deflection, turn color and transformation.
