Abstract: Disclosed are a voltage source converter based high voltage direct current (VSC-HVDC) high-frequency resonance suppression method, system, and device. The method includes: when an effective value of an actually input alternating current (AC) voltage is reduced from a normal value to meet a preset condition, making the virtual electrical quantity completely equal to the actual electrical quantity, and performing full real-time tracking for the actual electrical quantity to improve dynamic characteristics of a power system at the moment of a fault; and after performing the full tracking for a period of time, if the effective value of the actual AC voltage is less than a preset threshold, performing adaptive tracking until the actual electrical quantity recovers to a stable value. The present disclosure can reduce a risk of high-frequency resonance of a VSC-HVDC, avoid deteriorating dynamic characteristics of the VSC-HVDC, and improve safety of fault ride-through of the VSC-HVDC.

Abstract: A control system providing a control signal to an energy storage system to reduce power variability of an energy generation system. The energy storage system is coupled to the power output of the energy generation system and configured to at least one of receive and provide electrical power in response to the control signal. The control system includes a monitoring unit to monitor the power output and to provide a respective monitoring signal. The control system further includes a control signal generation unit to generate the control signal from the monitoring signal, and implement a filtering unit that has a band pass response. The filtering unit passes a predetermined frequency band of the monitoring signal and the control signal generation unit is configured to generate the control signal in the frequency band to compensate power variations of the power output of the energy generation system in the frequency band.

An embodiment of the present disclosure is a startup method for microgrid configured by a plurality of inverter power supplies independently sharing a load and divided into a master that starts up first and a slave that starts up secondly and later, the startup method comprising: a master initial startup step of initially starting up the master in a CVCF mode; a slave initial startup step of initially starting up the slave in a grid interconnection mode; and a control mode changing step of the master and the slave changing control modes thereof when output fluctuation of the master and the slave becomes a predetermined threshold or less or when the master and the slave or other inverter power supplies become a predetermined operation state while output voltage of said master and said slave becomes a predetermined threshold or less.

Abstract: Disclosed is an optimal power flow-based hierarchical control method for a distributed energy storage system (ESS), where the method divides control of an energy storage cluster into three layers, performs primary and secondary control to realize intra-cluster control, and performs tertiary control to realize inter-cluster control. In the primary control, droop coefficients are set to realize intra-cluster basic power distribution. In the secondary control, a frequency/voltage shift and uneven power distribution that are caused by a droop are compensated for based on a consistency algorithm. In the tertiary control, a central controller is set, a solution of an optimal power flow is calculated and delivered to each cluster as a control signal, and the control signal is tracked in real time through the secondary control and the primary control. The method adjusts a reference voltage of each energy storage cluster without requiring a common bus.
