    Abstract: A stator having a plurality of stator bars disposed circumferentially at intervals around an axis is provided. Each of the stator bars has a set of windings wound therearound for generating a magnetic field generally parallel to the axis. A plurality of radially outwardly disposed electrical interconnects for connecting two or more windings together are provided radially outwardly of the plurality of stator bars and extending circumferentially along at least a portion of the outer periphery of the stator bars. A plurality of radially inwardly disposed electrical interconnects for connecting two or more windings together are also provided radially inwardly of the stator bars and extending circumferentially along at least a portion of the inner periphery of the stator bars. The outer periphery of the stator is devoid of radially outwardly disposed interconnects along one or more portions.

    Abstract: This application relates to the field of motor technologies, and provides a motor rotor, a drive motor, and an electric vehicle. In the motor rotor, a rotor core with at least two protruding components is designed. At least two magnetic steels and at least two sheets are disposed in grooves between the at least two protruding components and then coupled to the rotor core with a rotor pressing plate. In addition, one SMC sheet is stacked on each of the magnetic steels, so that an eddy current loss of a permanent magnet can be effectively reduced. Each of the magnetic steels is disposed in a groove between protruding components, and the SMC sheet is added, so that a saliency ratio is increased, a reluctance torque ratio is increased, and a quantity of magnetic steels for use is reduced.

    Abstract: An axial flux motor includes a motor shaft, a double-row angular contact ball bearing, and a stator. The double-row angular contact ball bearing is sleeved on the motor shaft and is fixedly connected to the motor shaft through a bearing inner ring of the double-row angular contact ball bearing. The stator is sleeved on the motor shaft through the double-row angular contact ball bearing, and the stator is fixedly connected to a bearing outer ring, so that the motor shaft can rotate relative to the stator. In this application, the double-row angular contact ball bearing is used in the axial motor, the double-row angular contact ball bearing can bear axial force generated through interaction between the stator and a rotor.

    Abstract: A motor device includes a motor housing, a coil portion, and a coil protection portion. The motor housing includes a housing main body and a displacement restriction portion. The displacement restriction portion extends from the housing main body toward a radially inner side to enter between two coil bodies adjacent to each other in a circumferential direction. The coil protection portion includes a protection outer peripheral portion. The protection outer peripheral portion is provided between the coil body and the displacement restriction portion. The protection outer peripheral portion extends along a displacement restriction surface in the circumferential direction and an axial direction. The displacement restriction portion is in a state of being caught by the coil body via the protection outer peripheral portion, thereby forming displacement of the coil body.
