    摘要: A differential oscillator includes a differential circuit and a transformer-coupled band-pass filter (BPF) coupled between first and second output nodes. The BPF includes a coupling device coupled between the output nodes and a transformer including first and second windings in a metal layer of an IC. The first winding includes first and second conductive structures coupled to the first output node and a voltage node, respectively, and a third conductive structure including first and second extending portions connected to the first and second conductive structures, respectively. The second winding includes a fourth conductive structure including a third extending portion coupled to the voltage node and a fourth extending portion coupled to the second output node. The third extending portion is between the second conductive structure and the first extending portion, and the fourth extending portion is between the first conductive structure and the second extending portion.

    摘要: A synchronous oscillation circuit has multiple oscillators, a grounding unit and a common floating grounding unit. Each of the oscillators has a ground terminal. The grounding unit has a first terminal and a second terminal, wherein the second terminal is grounded. The common floating grounding unit is electrically connected between the ground terminals of the oscillators and the first terminal of the grounding unit. The oscillators are grounded through the common floating grounding unit and the grounding unit, so that the oscillators interfere with each other. When the oscillation signals generated by the oscillators reach a steady state, the oscillation frequencies of the oscillators are synchronized.

    摘要: The invention discloses a voltage controlled oscillator (VCO) based on hybrid resonator, including a hybrid resonator and a negative resistance circuit, wherein the hybrid resonator includes the first LC series resonance branch, the second LC series resonance branch and the third LC series resonance branch. The first LC series resonance branch and the second LC series resonance branch forms a parallel structure, in which one end of the said parallel structure is grounded while the other end is connected to the third LC series resonance branch, and the other end of the third LC series resonance branch is connected to the negative resistance circuit. The resonance frequency of the first LC series resonance branch is lower than that of the second LC series resonance branch. The invented VCO can effectively improve the phase noise, especially maintain a good phase noise with the increase of the tuning frequency.
