    摘要: A band pass filter includes a longitudinally coupled resonator elastic wave filter on a piezoelectric substrate and parallel arm resonators at parallel arms, each connected between a series arm connecting an antenna terminal and a receiving terminal and one of ground terminals. The parallel arm resonators include a first parallel arm resonator having the highest resonance frequency among the parallel arm resonators and a second parallel arm resonator. A second ground terminal that is one of the ground terminals connected to the second parallel arm resonator and a third ground terminal that is one of the ground terminals connected to the longitudinally coupled resonator elastic wave filter are connected to each other. A first ground terminal that is one of the ground terminals connected to the first parallel arm resonator is not connected to the second or third ground terminals.

    摘要: A SAW filter in which a plurality of IDT electrodes is disposed in the propagation direction of a SAW and ground terminals are separated. The present invention has an advantage in that the attenuation effect of the SAW filter is improved. Furthermore, a skirt characteristic on the high frequency side of a transmission stage and a skirt characteristic on the low frequency side of a reception stage can be improved. Furthermore, an equivalent pass band characteristic can be achieved and a skirt characteristic on the high frequency side and a skirt characteristic on the low frequency side can be improved. Furthermore, the number of bridge electrodes can be reduced and thus a process can be simplified because ground terminals are separated.

    摘要: An elastic-wave filter device includes a reception filter section including a longitudinally coupled resonator-type elastic-wave filter section that has a balanced-to-unbalanced conversion function and has improved common-mode isolation characteristics. Among IDT electrodes of a filter section, each of the other comb-shaped electrode of a first IDT electrode including a pair of comb-shaped electrodes, one of which is connected to a first balanced-signal terminal, and the other comb-shaped electrode of a second IDT electrode including a pair of comb-shaped electrodes, one of which is connected to a second balanced-signal terminal, is connected to one of ground electrodes that are provided on a piezoelectric substrate. Inductors are provided on the piezoelectric substrate, and each inductor is connected between the other comb-shaped electrode of one of the first and second IDT electrodes and one of the ground electrodes.

    摘要: A surface acoustic wave (SAW) filter includes an input terminal, an output terminal, a series resonator provided between the input terminal and the output terminal, first and second parallel resonators having respective one ports connected to respective ports of the series resonator, respectively, first and second nodes connected to respective other ports of the first and second parallel resonators, respectively, first and second inductance elements having respective one ends connected to the first and second nodes, respectively, a third node connected to respective other ends of the first and second inductance elements, a third inductance element having one end connected to the third node, a grounding terminal connected to other end of the third inductance element, and a capacitance element connected between the first and second nodes. The SAW filter has a large attenuation amount at a lower side of a pass band of the filter, thus having sufficient properties.

    摘要: A high-performance surface acoustic wave filter is provided having a relative band width greater than 0.2, a shape factor less than 1.5, and a flat group delay time characteristic. The filter has input and output transducers, each with overlapped interdigital electrode fingers, spaced on the surface of a piezoelectric substrate, including an apodized transducer and a second transducer. The envelope of the overlapped portions of the electrode fingers in the apodized transducer includes a main lobe and a plurality of side lobes. The height of side lobes of the apodized transducer which are located farther from the second transducer is greater than the height of side lobes nearer the second transducer. The heights of corresponding side lobes on opposite sides of the main lobe are mathematically related.
