摘要: A power line carrier communication apparatus, a method, and a system are provided. The power line carrier communication apparatus includes a communication processing unit, a switching network, and an impedance network. The communication processing unit is configured for modulating a communication signal into a control signal, and the communication signal includes communication data. The switching network is configured for generating a multi-level carrier signal according to the control signal, (n+1)th and lower orders of harmonics contained in the carrier signal are less than or equal to a first threshold, respectively, n represents the number of levels of the carrier signal, and n is an odd number greater than or equal to 3. The impedance network is configured for filtering the carrier signal and then coupling the filtered signal to a power line.

摘要: A method for transmitting digital subscriber connection signals to an interface of an end user via a coaxial cable includes: supplying, by a distribution point unit (DPU), first balanced subscriber connection signals to the coaxial cable by a first transformation; coupling unbalanced subscriber connection signals into the coaxial cable into a lower frequency range of an overall frequency range; attenuating, by means of a filtering device, a reflection of the unbalanced subscriber connection signals in the coaxial cable; a second transformation of the unbalanced subscriber connection signals into second balanced subscriber connection signals by means of a balun device assigned to the interface, wherein the input impedance of the filtering device is adjusted with respect to reflections from the direction of the customer terminal output; and separately making the second balanced subscriber connection signals available at the customer terminal output.

The filter circuit includes a plurality of filters having frequency characteristics different from each other, and the signal processing unit acquires communication quality information indicating quality of the communication in at least two or more frequency bands, and determines a state of the filter circuit based on the communication quality information.

In each of the filters other than the one filter, one of the input terminal and the output terminal, which is a terminal closer to the antenna element, is connected to the common terminal, and is connected to the series resonator.

摘要: In an echo suppressor, a frequency bin component detector compares a far-end signal amplitude spectrum with a threshold value for each frequency bin to determine whether or not each frequency bin includes a frequency component. A frequency bin echo path characteristic estimator uses the far-end signal amplitude spectrum in the frequency bins determined to have a frequency component by the frequency bin component detector and the near-end input signal amplitude spectrum of corresponding frequency bins to estimate the echo path characteristics of the frequency bins. An estimated echo signal calculation-and-echo suppressor section calculates estimated echo signals based on the echo path characteristic in each frequency bin and the far-end signal amplitude spectrum to suppress the estimated echo signals from the near-end input signal amplitude spectrum.

摘要: To reduce the ISDN crosstalk in an incoming DSL signal, a crosstalk canceller observes at least a portion of the crosstalk signal and reproduces an estimate of the crosstalk signal for at least a portion of that signal within the DSL band. The crosstalk canceller applies a canceling signal based on the estimated crosstalk signal to reduce the crosstalk in the received DSL signal.

摘要: An echo cancellation device (ECD) comprises an echo canceller (EC) including a transfer function estimator (EST, H) and a subtractor (ADD) and a residual echo suppression device (G, ADD2). The residual echo suppression device (G) comprises a residual echo filter (G) having an adjustable filter function (g). This filter function (g) can be adapted to either remove from the subtractor output (TNE′) the spectral characteristics relating to the reception signal (RFE) and/or to emphasize in the subtractor output signal (TNE′) a background signal spectral content relating to the transmission signal (TNE). A noise generation means (NGM′) can be provided at the output of the adaptable filter (G) for injecting a noise process in to the filter output signal (TNE′) prior to a speech coding in a speech coder (COD). The noise process masks in the filter output signal a spectral content relating to the reception signal (RFE).
