    摘要: This disclosure provides implementations of electromechanical systems resonator structures, devices, apparatus, systems, and related processes. In one aspect, a contour mode resonator device includes a first conductive layer with a plurality of first layer electrodes including a first electrode at which a first input signal can be provided and a second electrode at which a first output signal can be provided. A second conductive layer includes a plurality of second layer electrodes including a first electrode proximate the first electrode of the first conductive layer and a second electrode proximate the second electrode of the first conductive layer. A second signal can be provided at the first electrode or the second electrode of the second conductive layer to cooperate with the first input signal or the first output signal to define a differential signal. A piezoelectric layer is disposed between the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer. The piezoelectric layer includes a piezoelectric material. The piezoelectric layer is substantially oriented in a plane and capable of movement in the plane responsive to an electric field between the first electrodes or the second electrodes.

    摘要: A system, apparatus and method for providing filtering functionality and impedance transformation within a BAW resonator network are disclosed. In particular, a BAW resonator network is designed to provide bandpass capability and a transformation between its input impedance and output impedance. By effectively integrating impedance matching functionality within the BAW resonator network, discrete impedance matching elements previously required within a system may be removed or reduced in size. As a result, matching networks and their associated component costs, insertion losses, and board size contributions may be reduced. Harmonic termination may be provided within the BAW resonator network or a prematch stage to improve efficiency of a power amplifier.

A second transmit band of the second transmit filter and a second receive band of the second receive filter are positioned in a frequency range between a first transmit band of the first transmit filter and a first receive band of the first receive filter. Each of the second transmit filter and the second receive filter of the second duplexer includes an elastic wave filter. The elastic wave filter includes a high acoustic velocity film defining a high acoustic velocity member, a low acoustic velocity film through which transversal waves propagate at a lower velocity than those propagating through the high acoustic velocity film, a piezoelectric film disposed on the low acoustic velocity film, and IDT electrodes disposed on the piezoelectric film, which are stacked on each other in this order.
