摘要: Arrangements described herein relate to accessing a cloud based service. Responsive to a user of a first communication device initiating access to the cloud based service via the first communication device, a prompt for a valid password to be entered to access the cloud based service can be received by the first communication device. Responsive to the valid password required to access the cloud based service not being stored on the first communication device, the first communication device can automatically retrieve the valid password from a second communication device via a peer-to-peer ad hoc communication link between the first communication device and the second communication device. The valid password can be automatically provided, by the first communication device, to a login service for the cloud based service to obtain access by the first communication device to the cloud based service.

摘要: Embodiments of the invention are directed to a system, method, or computer program product for aggregation of machine-initiated resource distribution. The invention generates a smart device portal for linkage of user associated smart devices. The portal generates code to extract data from the smart devices and control the communications disseminated from and received by the smart device from third parties. Thus, the generated portal and coded stored signal fixes the technical challenges within the current network including the need to consolidate and aggregate data across smart devices associated with the user, the need to control and manage the flow of data packets from smart devices to third parties (privacy, filtering, protection), and the need to easily track and refresh an inventory of smart devices in a manner that allows key data to remain associated with the user while the user's inventory, device associations, and personal/business associations change over time.

摘要: A method and apparatus for location sharing, consisting of sending a location report by a location determining device to a plurality of network enabled devices over a peer-to-peer network, the location determining device being associated with a first digital key pair. A first of the plurality of network enabled devices, associated with a second digital key pair, performs a validation computation on the location report and submits a validation computation result and the location report to a remainder of the plurality of network enabled devices for inclusion in a shared ledger. Including the location report creates commercially-valued credits associated with the public key of the second digital key pair recorded in the shared ledger. A transfer of commercially-valued credits from association with the first public key of the first digital key pair to the public key of the second digital key pair is also recorded in the shared ledger.

摘要: A method for updating security information is applied to a system including an information service provider and mobile devices. The information service provider includes a server and a database, in which the server provides security information to the mobile devices and each of the security information is related individually to a security code. The information service provider can transmit updated security information to the mobile devices in an active-push manner in communicative off-peak hours, and at the same time each of the mobile devices would be automatically waken up and connected with the service-provider so as to receive the updated security information. While the mobile device is to request additional information, the passive-pull transmission manner can then be applied by the mobile device to obtain the additional information from the information service provider. Thus, merits of both the active push transmission and the passive pull transmission can be obtained.

摘要: Securely transporting data across a unidirectional data diode interconnecting a process plant to a remote system includes provisioning, using join key material, a sending device at the plant end of the diode with a receiving device at the remote end. The join key material is used to securely share network key material that is used to encrypt/decrypt messages or packets that are transported across the diode and whose payload includes plant—updated or re-set generated data. The shared network key material is recurrently using the join key material, and the recurrence interval may be based on a tolerance for lost data or other characteristic of an application, service, or consumer of plant data at the remote system.

摘要: A system of classifying devices and/or app instances a new or returning divides attributes generated from observations received from an uncharacterized device/software app into base-fingerprint attributes and predictor attributes, where the two kinds of attributes have different longevities. Predictor attribute tuples from attribute tuples having the same base fingerprint as the base fingerprint corresponding to the uncharacterized device/app, and the predictor attribute tuple corresponding to the uncharacterized device/app are analyzed using a machine learned predictor function to obtain a final fingerprint. Machine learning techniques such as logistic regression, support vector machine, and artificial neural network can provide a predictor function that can decrease the conflict rate of the final fingerprint and, hence, the utility thereof, without significantly affecting the accuracy of classification.
