    摘要: A display apparatus, in which a defect in a pixel circuit is solved, comprises a first substrate including a first surface, a first pixel circuit arranged on the first surface of the first substrate, a second substrate arranged above the first pixel circuit and including a second surface facing the first surface and a third surface opposite the second surface, a first pad electrode arranged between the first surface of the first substrate and the second surface of the second substrate, a second pixel circuit arranged on the third surface of the second substrate and overlapping the first pixel circuit, a first through electrode passing through the second substrate and electrically connected to the second pixel circuit, and a second pad electrode arranged on the second surface of the second substrate, electrically connected to the first through electrode, and contacting the first pad electrode.
