摘要： A hot melt adhesive applicator operable at a number of selected temperatures having a portion of the circuitry for control of the applicator temperature at a point remote from the applicator body. The remotely located circuitry employs a differential amplifier and a zero crossing detector for controlling the operation of a triac which, when turned on, increases the temperature at the applicator. The operational amplifier is protected by a clamping circuit from receiving a signal, when a temperature setting is changed from a high to a low setting, that would otherwise cause the differential amplifier to provide an output required for turning on the triac which would cause a run away condition to exist.

摘要： An article finishing line and coating system including a spray washing station for washing the articles with heated liquid and a coating station, between a drying oven for drying the washed articles and a curing oven for curing the coating which is applied to the articles at the coating station. The washing liquid is heated in tanks having immersion conduits therein heated by infrared burners and the exhaust gases from the immersion heaters are conducted to the curing oven, both directly and by way of the drying oven, to supplement the heat requirements of these two ovens.

摘要： The invention relates to a plant for the treatment, in particular the cataphoretic dip coating of objects, in particular of vehicle chassis, comprising at least one transport car (5) which runs the objects (4) through the plant and introduces and retrieves the above to and from several treatment containers. The translational displacement and the pivoting displacement of the at least one pivot arm (50, 51) and the mounting (61) are effected by independent drive devices. In order to reduce the energy required for the pivoting of the pivot arms (50, 51), at least one energy store (42) is provided, which buffers the energy released on dropping the object as elastic energy and from which the buffered energy can be recovered to support the upwards motion of the object.
