    摘要： A hinge assembly for pivotally interconnecting a door to a trailer body is disclosed. The hinge assembly includes a hinge plate having a mounting portion and a hinge portion. The mounting portion of the hinge plate is configured to permit attachment to the door, while the hinge portion of the hinge plate defines an elongated closed passage opening at opposite ends thereof. Bearing structure is non-rotatably accommodated within the passage for forming a bearing connection between the hinge plate and a pivot member endwise extending through the hinge portion of the hinge plate. The bearing structure includes a cap formed integral therewith and extending from opposite ends of the passage.

    摘要： A bushing assembly is disclosed for effecting a pivotal connection of associated first and second members. Notably, the assembly is of an integrally sealed configuration, and includes concentrically arranged first outer and second inner bushings which are sealed by a pair of annular end caps. An arrangement is provided for conveniently lubricating the interface thus formed between the inner and outer bushings, with the sealed nature of the construction significantly reducing the required maintenance. Notably, final assembly of the pivotal connection provided is effected with a suitable adhesive, thus permitting manual or hand-fitting of the various components for final assembly.

    摘要： Pivot assembly of a swing window in the form of a pivotable window sash bounded by a stationary window frame. The assembly includes a pivot bearing formed as a socket for permanent location within a bore defined by the sash. A pivot pin connected to the frame is formed with a stop which when the pin is received in the bearing is designed to be lockingly engaged by a locking device supportable in the pivot bearing. In this way only a pivoting motion of the pin relative to the pivot bearing is permitted. This support of the locking device in the bearing occurs in a plane within both an adjacent side face of the sash and an adjacent end face of the bearing. Moreover, the device is directly actuable into and out of the locking engagement by axial displacement thereof via an adjacent opening in the side face of the sash.

The mold is so designed that the mold parts, illustrated in the drawings of the mold, cooperate to create a mold cavity having no flash except at the gate to the mold cavity. As a result of the mold construction, a plastic cage made in the mold dispenses with removal of excess plastic in the form of flash except for a minute amount at a gate. The product is a roller bearing cage into which rollers may be sprung and retained thereby.
