    摘要: An apparatus for cutting a series of medicine packets discharged from an automatic medicine packaging machine into individual doses to automatically load the cut medicine packets on a loading device is disclosed. The apparatus includes a feeding device for feeding the series of medicine packets from the upper side of a main body to a stepped part at the other side of the main body, a cutting device for cutting the series of medicine packets by one medicine packet at the stepped part, a loading device for loading the medicine packets, cut by the cutting device and dropped to the stepped part, by a predetermined number, and a controller including a position sensor for detecting a position of the hole in the medicine packet and controlling the feeding device and the cutting device based on the position information of the hole of the medicine packets inputted from the position sensor.

    摘要: A microtome comprising a knife holding device for a cutting element (16) and comprising a specimen holding device (12) for a specimen which is to be cut thin is described. Associated with the specimen holding device (12) for performing a cutting movement is a first drive device (18) and associated with the specimen holding device (12) or the knife holding device is a second drive device (38) for performing a feed movement. A sender (20) is associated with the first drive device (18). The sender (20) is connected with an electronic control means (28). Control of the first drive device (18) is effected by means of a first operating element (28). Control of the second drive device (38) is effected by means of a second operating element (44). To achieve an excellent degree of operating comfort for the microtome the first operating element (28) has two control modes, namely a standard mode and a second mode. In the standard mode the cutting movement of the specimen holding device is controlled by rotation of the first operating element (28). In the second mode a continuous cutting function is activated by pressing the first operating element (28). Corresponding to the first operating element (28) the second operating element (44) has two control modes, namely a rotary mode and a pressing mode.

    摘要: In a resonating assembly, a beam having a pickup thereon is positioned proximate to a magnet which passes across the pick up at a predetermined frequency. The passage of the magnet across the pick up establishes an alternating magnetic field that in turn causes the beam and pick up to vibrate. A blade is mounted on the beam and vibrates therewith so that when the blade is brought into engagement with a layer of sheet type work material the vibratory amplitude of the blade causes the blade to cut through the material as it is moved in engagement therewith.

    摘要: A rotary knife incorporates the use of an electronically controlled, active damping system to control vibrations of knife cylinders. The system preferably uses pairs of electromagnetic actuators to provide opposing pulling forces on a ferromagnetic portion of a lever arm that is mechanically coupled to the stationary support shaft for the knife cylinder. Vibration sensors, preferably accelerometers, are used to monitor vibrations of the respective knife cylinders. A digital signal processor implementing a state space control system controls the electromagnetic actuators to actively cancel vibration energy in the knife cylinders.

    摘要: A rotary knife incorporates the use of an electronically controlled, tuned mass active damping system to control vibrations of the knife cylinder. The system preferably uses one or more electromagnetic actuators to provide force on a tuned mass which is mechanically coupled to the knife cylinder. Vibration sensors, preferably accelerometers, are used to monitor vibrations of the respective knife cylinders and tuned masses. A digital signal processor implementing a state space control system controls the electromagnetic actuators to remove vibration energy from the system. An active damping system in accordance with the invention is more effective in removing vibration energy than passive systems, especially in heavy-duty applications.

The system (100) for use with the device includes a scoring board (12), a scoring guide (18 or 218) and the device. The scoring guide has a smooth, flat outer surface (18E or 218C) and is constructed of either a magnetic or magnetically attractable material. The device includes a body (24 or 325) and a blade unit (26). The body has a smooth flat end and is preferably magnetic. Alternately, the flat end is constructed of a magnetically attractable material. To score glass, the glass sheet is placed on the scoring board and the guide is mounted on the board over the glass. The guide is mounted adjacent and parallel to the line to be scored on the glass. The flat smooth end of the device is mounted on the flat smooth outer surface of the guide so that the blade (26B) of the blade unit is aligned with the line to be scored. The user then exerts a downward pressure on the device and moves the device along the guide.
