Simultaneous underfilling of a plurality of chips (12) can be achieved by mounting a like plurality of vacuum tools to a plate which is moved into registration with a like plurality of chip/substrate workstations. By operatively connecting the vacuum tools to a controller, and to appropriate valves which can be set to adjust the vacuum level.

A food product and method of making the same are disclosed. The food product is preferably made of a processed Sorghum grain, and preferably from hybrids of Milo. The grain is subjected to decortication and extrusion. Additives may be provided to flavor or otherwise nutritionally enhance the processed Milo. The additives are added prior to extrusion. In another embodiment, the food product may be made from other grains or tubers by removing the starch and then using the starch to extrude the food product.

A comestible material, e.g., chocolate, may be deposited into the relief mold to substantially overlie the color image. The comestible material may be removed from the relief mold, with the color image applied thereto. When the pizza dough is stretched and placed on the perforated wooden peel, taping the wooden perforated peel vertically on a hard surface pushes air through the holes of the peel. Air is trapped between the wooden perforated peel and the pizza dough creating easy movement, allowing the pizza dough to slide into the oven more easily.

The second sheet of dough is positioned in facing engagement on the first sheet of dough to form a laminate of dough, wherein the first and second grain directions are positioned generally not parallel with respect to each other.
