摘要： A system and method for actuating controlled stimulation of a patient in a confined medical position helps sooth and entertain a patient receiving medical treatment while resting on a support member, like a dental chair. The system provides a support member, and integrates at least one air actuated animated member, such as a mobile or figurine, proximal to the support member, to enable animated motion by the animated member through pressurized air. Pressurized air causes the animated members to articulate in animated, colorful movements. Audio signals are also generated by the animated member in response to the pressurized air. The animated member can be a mobile or a cartoon character with joints, axes, and limbs that move when engaged by pressurized air. The patient or caregiver control distribution of the pressurized air by manipulating a foot valve and an arm valve to control the animated members.

摘要： A CO2 gas-propelled model car launcher permits two or more model vehicles to be launched substantially simultaneously. Launching of the vehicles is achieved by moving a trigger plate sidewise which disengages a disc and thereby releases a firing pin whose forward movement punctures the CO2 cartridge. A height adjustment feature permits the launcher to accommodate model cars of different sizes. Multiple launchers may be ganged together and their trigger plates rigidly connected in such a way that sidewise movement of one trigger plate launches all of the model vehicles.

摘要： An integral pump assembly may be used to power a toy vehicle. The pump pressurizes fluid stored within the pressure vessel. The pressurized fluid within the pressure vessel drives the engine that powers the toy vehicle until the stored pressurized fluid has been depleted. The pump may then repressurize the pressure vessel to again drive the pneumatic engine. The pump is substantially disposed within the body of the toy vehicle.

摘要： An inflatable toy comprises at least one external rotary assembly mounted outside the inflatable envelope and at least one internal movable object mounted inside the inflatable envelope. The external rotary assembly and the internal movable object are interconnected by a flexible hollow member which is heat-weldedly attached to the wall of the toy and has a closed end to which the external assembly and internal object are affixed. The internal object can be operated by an external means and the movement of the internal object is transmitted to the external rotary assembly. The rotary assembly is comprised of a rotatable part which is supported by an external supporting means attached to the wall of the envelope, and a rocking part attached to the closed end of the flexible hollow member.

摘要： A gas powered motor has a reservoir for liquefied gas, a supply passage from the reservoir leading through one side of a heat exchanger to the motor and a container holding a buffer substance in heat conductive relationship with the reservoir. The buffer substance acts to supply heat to the liquefied gas while undergoing a chemical, physical crystallographic or other change of state to assist in maintaining the supply of gas to the motor from the reservoir. The motor exhaust leads to a vessel containing a condensing buffer substance which absorbs, persorbs or otherwise associates with the gas accompanied by a release of heat. The condensing buffer substance is in heat conductive relation with the other side of the heat exchanger in the gas supply to the motor to superheat the gas supplied. The condensing buffer substance is capable of releasing the gas when subjected to reduced pressure by a pump provided which may be the gas motor run in reverse to extract the gas from the vessel and return it to the reservoir. In another embodiment the condensing buffer substance comprises an isothermal heat sink provided, for example, by a concentrated salt solution.

摘要： An animated doll includes a hollow body with a head having a face with a mouth opening and movable limbs mounted on the body. An internal pneumatic motor in the form of a bellows is mounted in the hollow body in fluid communication with the mouth opening and the motor is drivingly interconnected with the limbs of the doll including arms and legs pivotally mounted on the body. A fluid pump in the form of a nursing bottle is insertable into the doll's mouth and when systematically compressed and released, the inserted bottle actuates the pneumatic motor to pivot the arms and legs of the doll to a position wherein the limbs appear to hold the nursing bottle in a nursing position.

摘要： A toy projectile launching device having a main tubular member in fluid communication with an air pump, an air storage tank and a projectile launching housing rotatably coupled to the main tubular member.
