    摘要: A device for resetting the position of the grinding wheels in a grinder for beans of plant-based products, whose powder, resulting from grinding, is adapted for use in the preparation of a beverage, particularly coffee.The grinder comprises a grinding chamber, a pair of grinding wheels housed in said grinding chamber, a grinding wheel being connected to the shaft of a motor, whose axis defines the axial direction (Z-Z) of the grinding wheels, to be rotated, the other grinding wheel, opposite thereto, being stationary against rotation and susceptible of being axially moved in both ways along said axial direction (Z-Z).The device includes a mechanism for imparting said axial movements to the stationary grinding wheel, an electric motor for actuating said mechanism, a current intensity meter for measuring the current intensity absorbed by the electric motor and a switch for cutting off power to said electric motor upon detection of a value of the current intensity absorbed by said motor representative of zero distance state between the stationary grinding wheel and the rotating grinding wheel, opposite thereto.

    摘要: A sealing arrangement between rotating and stationary parts of grinding mills, particularly those operated at pressure above atmospheric. A barrier air chamber is connected through a gap with the interior space of the mill. The flow direction of barrier air to the chamber is directed downwardly within the gap. The barrier air has a pressure exceeding the pressure of carrier gas for preventing passage of the carrier gas together with coal dust toward the outside. The width of the gap is adjustable, and the flow direction of the barrier air may also be oblique downwards within the gap. The gap at the same time, may be formed by an obliquely extending guide portion.

    摘要: Provided is a disc gap servo control device and method for a powder grinding system, which includes a disc powder grinding machine, a rotating speed regulating device of a rotating disc, the disc gap servo control device and a control cabinet. The method includes the following steps of: (1) inputting a control information; (2) an industrial computer obtaining a current disc gap and displaying the disc gap on a touch screen; (3) the disc gap servo control device adjusting the disc gap; (4) the current disc gap reaches a target disc gap; and (5) a frequency converter controlling a motor rotating speed, so that the actual rotating disc rotating speed can reach a target rotating speed of the rotating disc. The operation parameters of the rotating disc are observed by the industrial computer in real time, and finally a high-precision servo control of the disc gap can be realized.

    摘要: The purpose of the present invention is to provide a cellulose acetate which can be used to obtain an optical film having a very small amount of bright spot foreign matters, with excellent production efficiency, even when cellulose containing a small amount of hemicellulose components and having a high degree of crystallinity is used as a raw material. A cellulose acetate in which a content ratio by mole of mannose units to a sum of xylose units, mannose units and glucose units, which are sugar chain components, is 0.04 mol % or less, and a filtration index K measured by the following measurement method is 30 mL−1 or less. (Measurement method) The cellulose acetate is dissolved in a mixed solvent containing methylene chloride and methanol at a weight ratio of methylene chloride/methanol of 9/1 to obtain a solution with a solid concentration of 16% by weight. The temperature of the solution is adjusted to 25° C., and the solution is subjected to constant-pressure filtration under a pressure of 3 kg/cm2 using a cloth obtained by stacking three sheets of calico (s 618) (diameter: 15 mm, filtration area: 1.77 cm2).     摘要: A grinder for grinding beans of plant-based products and generating a ground powder can include: a grinding chamber; a wheel motor having a shaft defining an axial direction; a rotating grinding wheel and a stationary grinding wheel housed in the grinding chamber, wherein the rotating grinding wheel is connected to the shaft of the wheel motor and is configured to rotate around the axial direction, and wherein the stationary grinding wheel is stationary against rotation and is configured to axially move in both ways in the axial direction; and a device for resetting position of the rotating and stationary grinding wheels. The device can include: a mechanism for axially moving the stationary grinding wheel; an electric motor, coupled to the mechanism, for actuating the mechanism; and a way to stop the electric motor as soon as a contact state is detected between the stationary and rotating grinding wheels.

    摘要: An electric motor for driving processing machines with slide bearings is designed without shaft shoulders in the regions of the slide bearings in order to achieve high axial mobility of the rotor shaft. However, so that the motor can be operated in the uncoupled condition briefly without axial displacement of the rotor, a rotor holding device is provided. The latter is fastened to the shaft end of the rotor shaft of the motor and comprises an antifriction bearing with axial load-carrying capability, whereby the rotor is given the necessary axial guidance.
