摘要: A hybrid bumper assembly for a vehicle includes a steel reinforcement beam and aluminum crush cans attached to end portions of the steel reinforcement beam. The reinforcement beam has a multi-tubular shape that is formed by a high-strength steel sheet that is roll formed to provide at least two tubular portions. A crush can has an interfacing portion that is coupled to an end portion of the reinforcement beam. The end portions of the reinforcement beam and the interfacing portion of the crush cans may be configured to attach together using a select joining technology in a manner that minimizes or eliminates bimetallic or galvanic corrosion between the reinforcement beam and the crush cans.

摘要: A chassis welding device for welding brackets as standard members to a body of a chassis includes a frame, a first transferring member, a plurality of loading mechanisms, a plurality of carriers, a conveying member, a shifting member, and a spot welder. The loading mechanism transfers standard members to individual preset positions on the carrier to face the solder joints on the standard members away from the carrier. The first transferring member transports the carrier to the shifting member. The shifting member transfers the carrier from the first transferring member to the spot welder. The conveying member transfers the body into contact with the solder joints. The spot welder applies heat to melt the solder joints to bond the standard members to the body.

摘要: An electrodeless side-mounted LED string light, a method and an apparatus for manufacturing the same are provided by the disclosure. The electrodeless side-mounted LED string light includes: a first wire and a second wire, a plurality of LED units and a plurality of encapsulants. Each LED unit includes a first surface-mounted LED and a second surface-mounted LED. Luminous surfaces of the first and second surface-mounted LEDs are opposite to each other. The luminous surfaces of the first and second surface-mounted LEDs are perpendicular to an axial direction of the first and second wires. The plurality of encapsulants respectively encapsulants the first and second surface-mounted LEDs therein. With the electrodeless side-mounted LED string light of the disclosure, the utilization rate of the lighting wire of the string light is improved, the utilization rates of raw materials and apparatus are improved, the product quality and manufacturing efficiency are improved.

摘要: A welding method for integrally welding three or more superposed metal plates includes a spot welding of joining the first vehicle body structure plate and the second vehicle body structure plate by spot welding in a plurality of places along an opening edge of the door opening portion in a state where each of the metal plates is superposed, and a laser welding of joining the surface plate and the first vehicle body structure plate in a plurality of places including a place between welding places of the spot welding after the spot welding. The joining being performed by emitting laser light to the surface plate and by scanning the laser light to stir a molten pool including a molten metal of the surface plate and the first vehicle body structure plate melted by the laser light.

摘要: In a vehicle to which the present joining structure of vehicle steel plates is applied, a third welded portion is set between a first welded portion and a second welded portion, wherein at the first welded portion, a pillar outer rear flange, an SM outer rear flange, a pillar inner rear flange are joined to one another; and at the second welded portion, the pillar outer rear flange and the pillar inner rear flange are joined to each other. At the third welded portion, the pillar outer rear flange and the SM outer rear flange are joined to each other. Accordingly, a tensile load F acting on the pillar outer rear flange is distributed toward the SM outer rear flange side.
