    摘要: Hammering power of a hydraulic hammering device is improved by shortening a piston stroke, while keeping hammering energy. The device includes a cylinder, a piston slidingly fitted in the cylinder, and a piston front chamber and a piston rear chamber defined between an outer circumferential surface of the piston and an inner circumferential surface of the cylinder and disposed separately from each other at front and rear, respectively, in an axial direction. The device also includes a switching-valve mechanism driving the piston by switching at least one of the piston front or rear chamber into communication with at least one of a high pressure circuit or a low pressure circuit, and an acceleration piston disposed behind the piston and coming in contact with the piston during a retreat stroke of the piston to urge the piston forward in cooperation with braking force by pressurized oil acting on the piston.

The energy output specified by the ramp-up energy output profile incrementally increases over the ramp-up duration as a function of the desired target energy level and the ramp-up duration.

    摘要: A pneumatic hammer including a connector for connection to an external compressed air source and a striking mechanism. The striking mechanism includes a housing and a piston arranged for reciprocating motion in the housing. The striking piston has front and rear piston portions. The piston and the housing form front and rear spaces. A compressed air conduit is arranged in airflow communication with the front space via a second passage in the housing, at which second passage a first valve is arranged. There is an intermediate space between the front and rear piston portions and the housing. The control unit is alternately subjected to air pressure of the rear space with respect to the intermediate space during reciprocating motion of the piston. The control unit controls the first valve based on air pressure to alternately supply compressed air to the front space and achieving a return movement of the piston.

In at least one illustrative embodiment, an impact tool may comprise a ball-and-cam impact mechanism including a hammer and an anvil. The hammer may be configured to rotate about a first axis and to translate along the first axis to impact the anvil to cause rotation of the anvil about the first axis. The impact tool may further comprise a motor and a speed controller. The motor may include a rotor configured to rotate when a flow of compressed fluid is supplied to the rotor to drive rotation of the hammer of the ball-and-cam impact mechanism. The speed controller may be coupled to the rotor and may be configured to throttle the flow of compressed fluid supplied to the rotor based on a rotational speed of the rotor.

    摘要: A pressure protection valve is provided which provides a fluid short circuit between a fluid pressure inlet of a hydraulic tool such as a hydraulic hammer and a low pressure region when the pressure at the fluid pressure inlet exceeds a first trigger pressure equal to a predetermined permissible pressure. This prevents damage to the hydraulic tool which can arise through operation at excessive fluid flow or pressure from hydraulic fluid supplied by a carrier vehicle. The pressure protection valve may maintain fluid communication between the fluid pressure inlet and the low pressure region until the pressure at the fluid pressure inlet reduces to a pressure below a predetermined second trigger pressure which is less than the first trigger pressure, to prevent further operation of the tool until the flow of fluid to the fluid pressure inlet has been stopped by an operator.

    摘要: A work machine equipped with an automatic hammering function is capable of preventing breakage of the hammer caused by blank firing. Hydraulic oil fed to a hydraulic breaker at the distal end of a work machine is controlled by first and second spools. Operating an operation lever so as to contract single rod type boom cylinders to press the hydraulic breaker against an object to be crushed. Head-side pressure and rod-side pressure of the boom cylinders are respectively detected by pressure sensors. Any one of switches is used to switch the mode of automatic hammering operation between an automatic hammering inhibiting mode and an automatic hammering authorizing mode. In the automatic hammering authorizing mode, a controller controls the first and second spools of the hydraulic breaker so as to open them only when head-side pressure and rod-side pressure of the boom cylinders are in a given range of pressing force.
