    摘要: A method and a device for gluing together two disc elements. The two disc elements are brought together coaxially against each other to form a gap between the disc elements. In an inner area of the gap a liquid adhesive is applied so that it comes essentially simultaneously into contact with facing sides of the two disc elements. The two disc elements are then brought towards each other to achieve a uniform adhesive layer between the disc elements. The disc comprises lower and upper holders for respective disc elements and a unit for applying liquid adhesive in an inner area of the gap.

    摘要: A method for bonding two DVD halves (23, 24) which are so held at a distance as to form a gap therebetween, includes introducing into the gap an adhesive (36) and spreading the adhesive across both disc halves. The invention is characterized by introducing the adhesive via a central opening of the DVD by means of e.g. L-shaped metering needles (63) which are pivotally guided in a central pin that engages the central opening, or flexible plastic needles which are slidably guided in a guide tube. Through introduction of the adhesive via the central opening enables a flow to the outside, without interference from the metering needles, when the DVD halves (23, 24) rotate. There is no buildup of adhesive in front of the metering needle. The bonding process can be carried out without interruption of the application of adhesive until the spin-off has concluded.

    摘要: A polymer is plasticized in a plasticizing unit and is thereafter fed into a transfer device which is moved into alignment with a clamping press which is remotely located from the plasticizing unit. The polymer from the transfer device is deposited directly into a mold attached to the clamping press or is deposited on a carrier which moves into the mold. An impress preforming device allows the carrier deposited polymer to be shaped prior to entering the mold. Alternatively, the transfer device can be connected with a chamber which is capable of coating continuous or chopped fibers which are deposited on a carrier in a continuous or chopped manner. The carrier moves the fiber composite into the mold.

    摘要: A system is provided for unloading finished parts from and also loading new raw material into a compression mold having two halves in which the mold halves are in a spaced apart position. The system includes an elongated endless conveyor which extends laterally away from the mold halves. An unloader platform is secured to and spaced upwardly from the conveyor so that an opening is formed between the platform and the conveyor. Raw material is positioned on the conveyor such that, upon actuation of the conveyor, the raw material passes under the platform. The conveyor is mounted on rails while an actuator moves the conveyor between an extended position, in which the platform is positioned in between the mold halves, and a retracted position, in which the conveyor as well as the platform is spaced laterally from the mold halves. The conveyor is actuated in synchronism with the actuator so that the conveyor moves the raw material under the platform and into the mold halves while, simultaneously, a completed part is ejected onto and supported by the platform.

    摘要: Mold press apparatus for use in the manufacture of molded articles, particularly starch-bound containers and other articles. The mold press apparatus includes a planar array of female mold halves and a corresponding planar array of male mold halves. The planar array of mold halves remain substantially coplanar throughout the process of selectively mating and separating the male and female mold halves. When used to manufacture molded articles from aqueous starch-based compositions, the molds are equipped with venting means, such as vent holes and/or a vent gap, which allow for the escape of water vapor from the mold cavities defined by the mated male/female mold pairs. A suction removal system may be used to remove the molded articles from the mold press apparatus, typically from the female mold halves. The demolded articles are deposited on a conveyor system equipped with individual nests for each article.
