摘要: Methods and systems are provided for determining a plurality of traction limits corresponding to each of a plurality of wheels of a vehicle and determining a grounded torque request. Based on the plurality of traction limits, the grounded torque request is distributed to each of the plurality of wheels. If a grounded torque request to a first wheel of the plurality of wheels exceeds a traction limit for the first wheel, the torque to the first wheel may be reduced, and an increased torque is applied to a second wheel of the plurality of wheels.

摘要: A wheel motor compensation system is for a vehicle. The vehicle has a wheel motor and a tire coupled to the wheel motor. The system includes a hybrid wireless tire sensor (HWTS) coupled to an interior of the tire, a processor electrically connected to the wheel motor, and a memory. The memory has instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to perform operations including gathering real time data with the HWTS, and utilizing the real time data to compensate the wheel motor so that preferred torque is applied to the tire.

摘要: Traction control using multiple actuators is provided. A system can identify a slip for a vehicle wheel based on a difference between a wheel motion and a vehicle motion. The system can determine an amount of torque to apply to the wheel to adjust the slip to satisfy the slip target. The system can distribute a first portion of the torque to apply to the wheel via a first actuator of the plurality of actuators and a second portion of the torque to apply to the wheel via a second actuator of the plurality of actuators. The system can provide commands to cause the first actuator to apply the first portion of the amount of torque and cause the second actuator to apply the second portion of the amount of torque to adjust the slip of the wheel.

According to an embodiment, the method include the steps of: determining a current mass of the towing vehicle; determining a current drive force of the towing vehicle; determining an acceleration demand in dependence upon the current mass and the current drive force; and, actuating the electric drive via an actuating signal in dependence upon the acceleration demand. The disclosure also relates to a control device for executing the method, a towing vehicle, a trailer vehicle and a semi-trailer truck.

摘要: A vehicle control device that calculates a vehicle body velocity of a vehicle is disclosed. Sensors (18, 19) that obtain respective wheel velocities of left and right wheels (5) arranged along the vehicle width direction are provided. A calculator (11) that calculates, when the left and right wheels (5) are not slipping, an average value (A) of the wheel velocities as the vehicle body, and calculates, when at least one of the left and right wheels (5) is slipping, the vehicle body velocity on the basis of the average value (A) and a lower velocity value (B) between the wheel velocities is provided. With this configuration, the precision in calculating the vehicle body velocity is enhanced, suppressing a cost rise.

摘要: A control method controls an electric four-wheel-drive vehicle to switch a drive torque distribution between a first distribution prioritizing energy efficiency and a second distribution prioritizing driving performance. The distribution is set to the second distribution where wheel slip is detected during a trip, and returned to the first distribution once the vehicle has stopped. When wheel slip is detected at least during acceleration, the distribution is switched from the first distribution to the second distribution. When wheel slip is detected during deceleration, a slip experience flag is set. The slip experience flag is maintained at least until starting off in a subsequent trip. Where the slip experience flag has been set, the distribution is maintained as the second distribution when the vehicle has stopped, and where the slip experience flag has not been set, the distribution is returned to the first distribution upon the vehicle being stopped.

In one example, regenerative braking is permitted during conditions of wheel slip so that a greater portion of a vehicle's kinetic energy may be recovered and stored as electrical energy. Additionally, the amount of regenerative braking may be adjusted responsive to a torque of a differential clutch during wheel slip conditions.

The control value determining unit determines at least the first control value on the basis of the risk potential determined by the risk-potential determining unit.

摘要: In the case where a virtual vehicle speed selection means selects one of a first virtual vehicle speed and a second virtual vehicle speed so as to perform switching from the other one to said one of the first virtual vehicle speed and the second virtual vehicle speed, the rotation speed of an electric motor is decelerated to a threshold value with which travel of the vehicle stabilizes and the deceleration of the electric motor is stopped when the rotation speed of the electric motor becomes lower than the threshold value, and then traction of the vehicle is controlled based on the selected virtual vehicle speed.
