摘要: A hydraulic system is provided, the hydraulic system including a hydraulic load defining a first chamber and a second chamber. Additionally, the hydraulic system includes a pressure source, a fluid storage vessel, a load sense line, and a spool valve. The spool valve fluidly connects the fluid storage vessel to one of the first or second chambers and fluidly connects the pressure source to the other of the first or second chambers. A bypass line is also provided defining a flow path between the hydraulic load and the fluid storage vessel that bypasses the spool valve. Fluid flow may encounter less resistance through the bypass line, such that the hydraulic system may run more efficiently and with a reduced risk for cavitation in the hydraulic load.

摘要: A pressure-balance valve for balancing the pressures of fluids admitted into the pressure-balance valve via respective second ducts. The pressure-balance valve has both a chamber for guiding movement in translation of a piston, and also fluid flow paths, each comprising a said second duct and a first duct for admitting a fluid coming from the same fluid source as the fluid flowing in its second duct. Each of the first ducts is provided with a shutter co-operating with a ramp arranged on the piston. Movement of the piston in translation as a result of a pressure difference between the fluids respectively admitted into the second ducts causes one of the shutters to slide along the corresponding ramp and consequently allows additional fluid to be delivered from a first duct to the second duct of the same fluid flow path.

摘要: The present invention relates to an arrangement for controlling a hydraulically driven motor, forming part of a hydraulic system in which hydraulic fluid under pressure forms a main flow through a main duct in which the motor is connected. The motor drives a varying load, and one or more valves (7) are adapted for controlling the hydraulic fluid flow through the motor on the one hand during operation and on the other hand for starting and stopping of the motor. One of the valves consists of a flow control valve (7) which is connected in the main duct (1) downstream of the outlet of the motor, and the flow control valve (7) is integrated with the motor housing (50).

The fan drive unit is in fluid communication with the pump through a modulation valve. A signal operator is structured and arranged to receive at least one implement signal and a fan drive signal and generate a load signal output, wherein the pump is adapted to modify an output flow of the pump in response to the load signal. A control valve is urged to respond under the influence of a sensed condition and is in fluid communication with the modulation valve and the signal operator through a signal conduit.

摘要: A differential pressure between a delivery pressure of a fixed displacement hydraulic pump 2 and a maximum load pressure among a plurality of actuators 3a to 3c is maintained at a target differential pressure by an unloading valve 5. A setting pressure of the unloading valve 5 is changed depending on an engine revolution speed by introducing a differential pressure nullPp across a throttle 50, which is disposed in a delivery line of a fixed pump 30, to a pressure bearing sector 5d of the unloading valve. With such an arrangement, in a hydraulic drive system including an LS system, it is possible to ensure fine operability based on setting of the engine revolution speed, to perform flow rate control at a good response, and to realize superior operability.

摘要: The present invention provides a hydraulic circuit for a crane wherein a switching valve is provided between a plurality of motor circuits connected in series within the same actuator group, and at the time of simultaneous operation of the motor circuits, the switching valve is switched from a first position to a second position whereby the series connection between the motor circuits is cut off, and they are driven by each of separate hydraulic sources, thereby enabling prevention of pressure interference at the time of simultaneous operation of the motor circuits within the same actuator group without increasing hydraulic sources.

摘要: A tandem fixed displacement pump circuit with torque control includes first and second pumps that draw fluid from a reservoir to supply respective load circuits, pressure relief valves for each of the load circuits, and a pilot operated sequence valve that monitors the pressure for each of the circuits and reduces the pressure of one of the circuits as the pressure in the other circuit rises. The sequence valve modulates to control the pressure in the secondary priority circuit so that a predetermined input torque value is not exceeded.
