摘要: The invention relates to a device for rolling, in particular for stepped rolling, of rolling stock with at least one pair of rolls and at least one linear drive arranged downstream of the pair of rolls in the rolling direction, which together with the pair of rolls can apply tensile stress to the rolling stock, and with means for detecting the tensile stress. In order to enable an improved method of flexibly rolling stock, the rolling device is characterized by means for detecting the tensile stress and by a control device for controlling the drive power of the linear drive as a function of the tensile stress detected, in order optionally to vary the tensile stress applied to the stock or to keep the tensile stress constant as the drive speeds behind the roll gap change. The invention also relates to a method of rolling the rolling stock using such a device.

A plate material feeding device is provided with a housing, a lower roll, an upper roll, a lower roll support member for supporting the lower roll, an upper roll support member for supporting the upper roll, and a slider movable in the horizontal direction along the upper roll support member, and can feed plate material clamped by the lower roll and the upper roll. A hole is provided in the slider, and a rod is provided in the upper roll support member. By inserting at least part of the rod in the hole in a slidable manner, the upper roll support member can move in the vertical direction when the slider moves in the horizontal direction.

摘要: During stabilization of a metal band (1) on a roller path (2), the band (1) is to be only minimally cooled via the stabilisation. A device for that includes multiple protective runners (3), each oriented in the conveyor direction (R), for guiding the band (1), wherein the protective runners (3) are arranged above the roller path (2) and the protective runners (3) are at a distance from one another in a width direction (B) of the band (1). Multiple rows (4) of nozzles are arranged in the conveyor direction (R) or in the width direction (B) of the band. Each row (4) of nozzles includes multiple nozzles (5). The nozzles (5) are set back in relation to an underside of the protective runners (3), such that an arched band (1) cannot come into contact with the nozzles (5). A compressed air supply (6) and a network of tubes or pipelines (7) supply the nozzles (5) with compressed air, wherein the nozzles (5) apply compressed air to the upper side of the band (1) in order to stabilize the movement of the band (1) on the roller path (2).

The systems and methods also include heating the metal blank through the magnetic rotor by rotating the magnetic rotor. Rotating the magnetic rotor induces a magnetic field into the metal blank such that the metal blank is heated.

A configuration is adopted such that the chute guide has: a main body frame; and a liner that is attached to the main body frame, forms at least a portion of the guide surface that guides the metal sheet, has a lower coefficient of friction than the main body frame, and has a lower hardness than the metal sheet.
