    摘要: In one embodiment, a mobile robot energizes its state-variable anchor into a released state while contacting a payload, and then de-energizes it to put it into an anchored state, attaching it to the payload. The mobile robot may then move the payload to a mounting location while the state-variable anchor is de-energized and attached to the payload. As such, the mobile robot may then energize a state-variable anchor of the payload to put it into a released state while at and contacting the mounting location, and then de-energizes it to put it into an anchored state to attach the payload to the mounting location. To then detach the state-variable anchor of the mobile robot and the mobile robot from the payload after the payload is attached to the mounting location, the mobile robot may then energize the state-variable anchor of the mobile robot to put it into a released state.

    摘要: A lifter with electro-permanent magnets is provided. It has an external bearing structure closed at the bottom by a plate, provided with a heat shield, and pole pieces secured under the respective poles and protruding from the bottom plate. Each of the electro-permanent magnets has a reversible magnet arranged on top of one of the poles, of a fixed polarization magnet formed by a plurality of blocks placed along the lateral faces of the pole and of a coil arranged around the reversible magnet to cause the reversal of the polarization of the latter by means of an electrical pulse. An airtight air gap between 1 and 4 mm high is formed between each pole piece and the respective pole through the interposition of a plate of thermal insulation material that resists high temperatures provided at each pole with a rectangular window slightly smaller in size than the pole itself, with the top sides of the pole pieces and/or the bottom sides of the poles being provided with peripheral recesses suitable to act as seats for the positioning of the plate.

    摘要: A magnetic lifting device having a load lifting magnet with at least one magnetic coil arranged in a housing. A driven synchronous alternator is arranged in a housing for generating a voltage supplied to the magnetic coil. A supply line leading from the alternator to the magnetic coil supplies direct current to the magnetic coil. An electrical switching circuit with a control line arranged within the alternator housing connects to a control switch outside the alternator housing through a further control line outside the alternator housing. The control switch actuates a first rectifier connected to the alternator for powering the coil of the magnet. It also deactivates the magnet by powering a second rectifier of a reverse polarity to release the magnet load. The control switch also includes an overload signal and alarm, and a ready light when the magnet is ready to be powered.

    摘要: The grab bucket of the present invention comprises the grabbing claws provided for opening and closing around the main body suspended from a crane, the electromagnet provided movably upward and downward from the ordinary location just underneath the main body to the dredging position on the bed and the side claws provided movably upward and downward to prevent the scrap from overflowing so as to increase the amount of the scrap to be loaded and unloaded. The side claws prevent the side plates and bed surface from being damaged. In the case of dredging the scrap on the bed, only the electromagnet proceeds unloading, thus the bed is not damaged by the grabbing claws.
