    摘要: A rail expansion device compensates for an expansion of a first rail with respect to a second rail. The rail expansion device joins the first rail to the second rail. The expansion device has a front connecting rail, containing a front end and a rear end, wherein the front end is configured for connecting to the first rail. A rear connecting rail, has a front end and a rear end, wherein the rear end is configured for connecting to the second rail. A splice joint is provided and configured for slidably connecting the rear end to the front end. The splice joint defines a continuous running surface from the front connecting rail to the rear connecting rail, wherein the continuous running surface has a variable longitudinal length configured for varying in function of a width of an expansion gap separating the front connecting rail from the rear connecting rail.

    摘要: An operating and locking mechanism for turnouts of central rail-guided vehicles, where the mechanism at the entrance of the turnout includes: a guide block fixed to a fixed part comprising having two guide grooves, two shafts fixed to a moving panel, a moving rocking lever which pivots around a shaft attached to the fixed element and centered with respect to the guide block and perpendicular to the main plane thereof, where the rocking lever includes grooves located on the main plane of the rocking lever within which rollers which are at a higher level with respect to the rollers of the shafts can be moved and rolled, and where the mechanism at the exit of the turnout includes: a guide block fixed to the fixed part having two guide grooves, two shafts fixed to the moving panel, a moving rocking lever which pivots around a shaft attached to the fixed element and centered with respect to the guide block and perpendicular to the main plane thereof, where the rocking lever comprises grooves located on the main plane of the rocking lever within which rollers which are at a higher level Z with respect to the rollers of the shafts can be moved and rolled, where the rocking levers move in a synchronous manner and in the same direction by means of rods of the drive motor, generating a rotation of the moving panel around the pivoting point such that the shafts simultaneously reach their locking positions through either the direct route or the diverted route.

    摘要: A guided vehicle includes a guidance unit having first and second V-mounted guide pulleys resting on first and second running surfaces of a guide rail. The running surfaces are on sides of a median longitudinal plane of the guide rail and each pulley has a flange for freely gripping the guide rail. A device and method protecting against loss of vehicle guidance include a section with longitudinal height fixed along its length to a guide rail part, between running surfaces, the section having a cross-section guiding the unit during derailment or loss of guidance thereof with the section fixed to the guide rail part. The cross-section geometry holds the first pulley flange on the side of the median plane including the first pulley running surface and the second pulley flange on the side including the second pulley running surface. A device fixes the section to the guide rail.

Troughs made from a metallic U-section channel are adapted to be fixed at least partly to one of the flat strips and flanges and open toward the flange adapted to support the tires. Such flanges, web, flat strips and channel are united to constitute a formwork into which is poured concrete whose level is flush with the level of the flanges.
