    摘要: A wind turbine foundation comprising a concrete support slab having a horizontal rebar grid therein, a concrete pedestal integral with the support slab and having vertical post tensioning elements therein and a plurality of concrete ribs on top of and integral with the support slab and integral with the pedestal, the ribs having rebar therein and extend outwardly from the pedestal, the pedestal, slab and ribs are connected to each other to form a monolithic foundation. The foundation design reduces the weight and volume of materials used, reduces cost, and improves heat dissipation conditions during construction by having a small ratio of concrete mass to surface area thus eliminating the risk of thermal cracking due to heat of hydration.

    摘要: A method of determining capability and quality of a foundation pile and a method of designing the foundation pile comprises the following steps: positioning a ground charcteristics analyzer in a bored hole where the foundation pile is constructed; displacing the surrounding ground of the bored hole; and measuring the force applied to a bored hole and the induced displacement; so that the characteristics and quality of soil and the pile can be analyzed simultaneously with executing the construction. A ground characteristics analyzer with which the above-mentioned methods are performed comprises a horizontal pressing device which protrudes in the radial direction from the outer peripheral of the body of the analyzer to displace the surrounding ground of a bored hole and a vertical depressing device which protrudes downward to deform the bottom ground of the bored hole. A method of making a hole for a foundation pile such as a cast-in-situ pile comprises the following steps: making a hole by a drilling machine and setting up a casing provided with a horizontal pressing device on its outer peripheral portion so that the horizontal pressing device presses the surrounding ground of the bored hole to deform it into into an arbitrary shape. A method of making a hole for a foundation pile such as a cast-in-situ pile comprises the steps of making a hole by a drilling machine; setting up a casing provided with a horizontal pressing device on its outer peripheral portion; and pressing the bottom ground of the bored hole by a vertical pressing device and the bottom face of the drilling machine when the casing reaches a predetermined depth. An apparatus for making a hole for a foundation pile such as a cast-in-situ pile comprises a casing provided with a vertical pressing device on the outer peripheral portion at its end; a drilling machine for making a hole in the ground; and a connecting means provided between the casing and a drilling machine, for moving the casing and the drilling machine together in the direction corresponding to the axis of the casing.

    摘要: A building foundation structure includes a ground improved body obtained by improving a surface layer ground, and foundation concrete placed on the ground improved body. A bottom surface of a foundation concrete located below a building pillar has a four-or-more-sided polygonal shape smaller than the plan shape of the foundation concrete, and a part of the lower surface of the foundation concrete other than the bottom surface is a slope surface connecting the bottom surface and the plan shape. Since the stress from the foundation is transferred to the lower ground in its broader range, the stress transferred to the lower ground can be reduced. In addition, since the placing amount of the foundation concrete is reduced, the construction cost can be reduced.

    摘要: The present invention provides a method and apparatus for making a foundation by creating a block constituted by the ground itself, the method being characterized in that at least one deep anchor point is established by using anchor means (1/3) buried underground by pile-driving, which means (3) extend in the anchoring position up to the surface of the ground in order to project beyond the surface; a slab (10) is placed on the surface, the slab including at least one opening for passing extensions from the anchor means; and traction is exerted on the slab in order to presetress the ground by using means situated above the slab (10) to put the anchor means under tension until an in-service force is obtained suitable for holding the structure to be built on the surface.

    摘要: A mounting for a spherical tank holding gases or liquids which is supported on a rigid concrete foundation in a region of the vertical axis of the tank, the mounting consisting essentially of a spaced array of support elements of cellular or sponge structure, such as neoprene or Buna N rubber with a matrix of stiff plastic filler which is elastic and non-hardening, such as a quick-setting epoxy resin or polyethylene sulfide filling material which contains a high proportion of filler. The upper surface of the array of cellular elements and matrix is coated with a bonding adhesive to adhere the mounting to the steel surface of the tank, preferred adhesives being a thermosetting polyethylene sulfide adhesive or a thermosetting epoxy resin. The lower surface of the array is coated with the same bonding adhesive to secure the array to the concrete foundation.
