    Abstract: A ballast tray assembly includes a support interface at the center of the ballast tray assembly, the support interface formed by a ballast tray assembly aperture arrangement through a multiple of flanges around a center compartment and an interface plate including a central aperture, a mount aperture arrangement, and an interface plate aperture arrangement, the central aperture located at the center of the interface plate at the center compartment, the mount aperture arrangement around the central aperture and within the interface plate aperture arrangement, the interface plate attachable to the support interface, the mount aperture arrangement specific to a lattice tower which is to be mounted to the interface.

    Abstract: To provide a CLT structure in which an anchor member does not interfere with a reinforcement member. A CLT structure includes a strip footing having a reinforcing bar extending in a longitudinal direction, a wall panel which is a panel material obtained by laminating and bonding sawn boards and in which a slit extending along the longitudinal direction is formed in a lower end surface, joint plates each partly embedded in the strip footing and having a joint board section of a flat plate shape at least partly projecting upward from an upper surface of the strip footing, and drift pins connecting the joint board sections and the wall panel in an inserted state where the joint board sections projecting from the upper surface of the strip footing are inserted into the slit of the wall panel. The joint plate has the joint board section, a flange section embedded in the strip footing and extending in a direction crossing the perpendicular direction from the joint board section, and an anchor bolt embedded in the strip footing and extending downward from the flange section.

    Abstract: A stem wall bracket comprising a horizontal member, a short vertical member extending downward from a first edge of the horizontal member, and a long vertical member extending downward from a second edge of the horizontal member, where the first edge is opposite the second edge. The stem wall bracket further comprises a pin holder configured to extend through a hole in the horizontal member. The pin holder comprises a vertical portion and a horizontal portion extending from the vertical portion, where the horizontal portion is configured to hold a horizontally oriented rebar. The short vertical member and long vertical member further comprise a plurality of holes to allow a first and second form board to be removably attached using a plurality of fasteners.

    Abstract: In a general aspect, a method is presented for manufacturing support structures for offshore wind turbines. In some implementations, the method includes constructing a plurality of modular sections that assemble to define the support structure. One or more of the plurality of modular sections are configured to anchor to an underwater floor. At least one of the plurality of modular sections is constructed by operations that include forming a wall along a perimeter to bound a volume, filling the volume with a castable material, and hardening the castable material. In some instances, forming the wall includes depositing layers of printable material successively on top of each other. The method also includes joining the plurality of modular sections to assemble the support structure.

    Abstract: Fabric structures with raceways and methods of making same are disclosed. In some embodiments, the fabric structures are air supported structures that form an enclosure via internal pressurized air. The air supported structures include an outer membrane that defined an outer surface of the structure. The air supported structures further include a plurality of inner segments formed of tab members coupled to and extending from the outer membrane toward the interior of the enclosure, and at least one inner liner panel coupled to and extending between adjacent tab members spaced inwardly from the outer membrane to form at least one air pocket therebetween. An attachment portion of the tab members extends inwardly past the at least one inner liner panel into the enclosure and forms at least one hardware attachment point.
