    摘要: The instant invention provides a secure holding spacer unit to be used when assembling permanent stay-in-place formworks, also known as “permanent stay-in-place molds”, which are commonly used for the construction of concrete structures by putting together two boards or panels held together by a series of holding spacer units that are securely attached or hold to the surfaces of the cement panels by fastening means that pass through the width of the panels. The holding spacer units are selectively distributed within the internal cavity of the formwork and are attached to the panels, and are designed so that the panels remain permanently attached to the units of the spacers, to restrict the outward movement of said panels when pouring the concrete mix in the unit, which results in a permanent formwork with smooth exterior surfaces.

    摘要: A sealing plug has an elastic sleeve of thimble-like basic shape. A wound-up band of the sealing plug is inserted in the sleeve. The number of windings or turns of the band can be reduced by rotating the inner end of the band, wherein the outside diameter of the band, and hence the outside diameter of the elastic sleeve, widens. The band can be inserted in pretensioned state into the sleeve and can slacken after insertion into an anchor hole. The band can be expanded in the anchor hole beyond the slackened state of the band. The sealing plug further has a latching mechanism, which prevents back-rotation of the expanded sleeve. The sealing plug enables a radial expansion, and hence a sealing of anchor holes of different diameter, without shortening of the axial sealing surface of the sleeve.

    摘要: A tie system and method for forming a wall from a hardenable building material over an existing concrete wall. In one embodiment, the tie system includes multiple wall ties configured to be directly interconnected to form a wall tie stack such that multiple wall tie stacks can be positioned over the existing concrete wall in a spaced apart, vertically extending arrangement. The multiple wall tie stacks are configured to extend substantially perpendicular between substantially parallel panel structures. The tie system may be secured with the parallel panel structures to extend vertically as forms for a concrete wall and, if desired, transversely as forms for a concrete roof structure over, for example, a roof truss system, joined together with forms for forming a concrete eave portion. In this manner, the tie system may be employed to form a concrete building structure extending as the walls and roof of the structure.

The form tie includes a central body portion and two end portions. The two end portions each include a taper that decreases in width inwardly toward the center of the form tie.
