    摘要: A vehicle door lock having a rotary latch arrangement and a release mechanism. The rotary latch arrangement includes a lock case in which a pivoted rotary latch and a pivoted locking pawl are arranged. The release mechanism includes a first release device with a traverse tube, a cable pull mechanism with a traction element led through the traverse tube and means for actuating the cable pull mechanism, and a pivotable actuation lever that engages in the lock case and which comprises two opposite actuation lever lateral surfaces. The actuation lever is rotatably connected with the first release device to be driven about an actuation lever rotary axis, wherein the locking pawl can be actuated by rotating the actuation lever so that the locking mechanism of the rotary latch can be released.

    摘要: A plug door opening-closing apparatus includes a lock mechanism, a drive mechanism, and a door support mechanism. The lock mechanism is directly or indirectly arranged on one of upper and lower portions of at least one door of a vehicle. The lock mechanism locks the door when completely closed so that the door does not open. The drive mechanism is coupled to the lock mechanism and drives the lock mechanism to switch the door from an unlocked state to a locked state. The door support mechanism is mechanically coupled to the lock mechanism and supports the door. When the completely closed door is switched from the unlocked state to the locked state, the door support mechanism is adapted to hold the door and hinder outward displacement, in a vehicle width direction, of the other portion of the door that is less the lock mechanism.

    摘要: A tailgate assembly includes a talegate and latch assembly. The tailgate is moveable between open and closed positions. The latch assembly includes an actuator, a latch, and a stopper. The actuator is operative to move the latch between an unlatched position where the latch allows movement of the tailgate from the closed position, and a latched position where the latch prevents movement of the tailgate from the closed position. The stopper is responsive to movement in the actuator to move between a nonstopping position and a stopping position. In the stopping position, the stopper prevents the latch from moving from the latched position to the unlatched position other than by the actuator.

    摘要: A rotary actuator includes a plurality of plate members stacked and coupled together for rotation relative to each other. A biasing member provides a biasing force tending to cause a rotatable end plate member to rotate in a biasing direction relative to a non-rotatable end plate member. Each plate member has a plurality of notches at its periphery. A SMA wire extends through the plurality of notches so that as the SMA wire is heated, the SMA wire rotates each rotatable plate member from a cold position in a direction opposite the biasing direction to a hot position. As the SMA wire cools, the biasing member rotates each rotatable plate member in the biasing direction from the hot position and returns each rotatable plate member to the cold position.
