    摘要： Provided is a retroreflective window which can block a direct light ray and reflect it to a sun side while maintaining a viewability and enhance a usability of the direct light ray. The retroreflective window (1 to 3) includes first and second transparent plate materials, a transparent first prism which is disposed between the first and second transparent plate materials, and a switching member which is installed facing a second side of the first prism and can be switched between a reflective state in which a reflectance of visible light rays and infrared rays is 70% or more and a non-reflective state in which the reflectance of visible light rays and infrared rays is 30% or less. When the switching member is in the reflective state, in the first prism, a light ray incident at a predetermined angle or more is emitted from the first transparent plate material at approximately the same angle as when entering, after being reflected by the switching member and a third side, and among light rays which enter at an angle less than the predetermined angle, the light ray reaching the third side is transmitted and emitted from the second transparent plate material.

There are two inclined fixed casings whose planes cross each other along a straight line which serves as pivoting axis for a window frame.     摘要： A window with a sash mounted in a frame has elongated draft stops extending along the rails of the sash. The draft stops are disposed in the frame and normally project out to overlap the sash rails. The draft stops are retractible outwardly beyond the outer edges of the rails and the sash is mounted to turn about its vertical centerline when the draft stops are retracted. When a handle mounted in the frame is turned in one direction, it operates a mechanism to retract the lower draft stop. The side draft stops retract in response to retraction of the lower draft stop and this, in turn, raises the upper draft stop so that all of the draft stops are retracted together. Turning the handle in the opposite direction returns all of the draft stops to their projected or active position.

    摘要： Each of paired pivot mechanisms pivotally holding a window sash within a supporting frame comprises a stationary base screwed to one of the constituent members of the supporting frame and a pivot-carrying movable base fitted over the stationary base. By manipulation of a pair of adjusting screws the movable base can be adjustably moved relatively to the stationary base in the longitudinal direction of the supporting frame member and, if desired, away from or back toward the same. The movable base is screwed to the supporting frame member via the stationary base in a desired position. The mechanism is equally applicable to either vertically or horizontally pivoted windows.
