摘要: An IMV circuit includes a set of IMVs, an IMV resolver, an on/off bypass valve, and a bypass valve. The set of IMVs is fluidly coupled to an actuator to independently control a flow of a hydraulic fluid to the actuator. The IMV resolver is configured to receive a first pressure signal and a second pressure signal and output a third pressure signal. The on/off bypass valve is configured to control the flow of the hydraulic fluid to the set of IMVs in response to the third pressure signal. The bypass valve is fluidly coupled to a hydraulic fluid supply conduit downstream of an IMV circuit supply. The bypass valve is fluidly coupled to the IMV resolver and is configured to reduce the flow of hydraulic fluid through the hydraulic fluid supply conduit in response to an increase in pressure in the third pressure signal.

摘要: A hydraulic system includes: hydraulic actuators; a control valve for controlling the hydraulic actuators; a tank for storing a hydraulic operation fluid; a variable displacement pump for supplying the hydraulic operation fluid to the hydraulic actuators; a regulator for controlling the variable displacement pump; a pilot pump for discharging a hydraulic pilot fluid; a load sensing system for maintaining a differential pressure to be a constant pressure, the differential pressure being obtained by subtracting a second signal pressure from a first signal pressure that is the discharge pressure of the variable displacement pump, the second signal pressure being the maximum one of the load pressures generated in the hydraulic actuators; a signal tube for sending the second signal pressure to the regulator; a throttle provided on the signal tube; and a warm-up circuit for supplying the hydraulic pilot fluid to a downstream side of the throttle.

摘要: A work machine including a specific actuator that supplies hydraulic fluid from a plurality of hydraulic pumps includes: first and second hydraulic pumps communicating with a first hydraulic actuator; a first control valve returning hydraulic fluid delivered by the first hydraulic pump to a tank; and a load detection section that detects a load on the first hydraulic actuator. A control valve drive section drives the first control valve such that a communication area between the first hydraulic pump and the tank is enlarged corresponding to an increase in the load on the first hydraulic actuator; and a flow rate control section, during supply of the hydraulic fluid from the first and second hydraulic pumps to the first hydraulic actuator, controls to reduce a delivery flow rate of the first hydraulic pump corresponding to an increase in the load on the first hydraulic actuator.

摘要: An IMV circuit includes a set of IMVs, an IMV resolver, an on/off bypass valve, and a bypass valve. 摘要: A fluid control system including a variable displacement pump having a load system control and configured to operate in an open center mode. A pump control is operable between a first arrangement and a second arrangement. The pump control receives pressurized fluid from a first load sensor pressure in fluid communication with the pump and an actuator return pressure in fluid communication with an actuator configured to operate using pressurized fluid from the system, the pump control providing a selective pump control pressure to the pump load system control. When the system is operating in a standby mode, the pump operates in a first minimized displacement condition. When the system is in a stall mode, the pump operates in a second minimized displacement condition.

摘要: A hydraulic system has a pump that furnishes pressurized fluid to a supply node connected to a plurality of functions. Each function includes hydraulic actuator and a control valve assembly through which fluid flows both from the supply node to the hydraulic actuator and from the hydraulic actuator to a return line. A control method involves receiving a plurality of commands, each designating desired operation of a function. Each command is separately used to derive a flow value designating an amount of flow for the respective function, a load value indicating a load magnitude related to the respective function, and a pressure value denoting a supply pressure for the respective function. Then, the control valve assembly for each given hydraulic function is operated in response to the flow and load values for that function and in response to the pressure value that is greatest among the plurality of functions.

The second hydraulic circuit includes a second pump having a flow outlet; a second pressure line having a pump end coupled to the flow outlet of the second pump; and a second load sensing line having a pump end coupled to the second pump and a pressure end coupled to the second pressure line. The main actuator is coupled to the first pressure line and the second pressure line and is configured to oppose a load force. The first load sensing line is separate from the second load sensing line such that the first pump and the second pump respond independently to the load force.
