摘要： An one-piece corner connector for connecting two frame bars at right angles to one another includes a right-angle bracket having two angle legs, an intermediate plate, and two U-profile connecting pieces at right angles, having a middle leg and two side legs for insertion into the plug-in openings in the frame bars which are open at one end. The middle legs of the U-profile connecting pieces are formed on and run with their outer side parallel to the intermediate plate. The one outer side legs of the U-profile connecting pieces are each formed on one of the angle legs and run with their outer side parallel to the outer side of the angle leg. The other inner side legs of the U-profile connecting pieces are connected to one another by means of a wall element which is angled from the intermediate plate.

摘要： A locking arrangement for assembly of a bed frame is provided. The locking arrangement comprises a first rail member comprising at least two first projecting interlocking holes and a second rail member comprising at least two sets of second projecting interlocking holes. The locking arrangement further comprises a set of pins such that, in assembled form of the bed frame, the first rail member and the second rail member are disposed in abutment with each other such that each of the at least two first projecting interlocking holes are received within one set of the at least two sets of second projecting interlocking holes to form a provisional locking structure, and each pin of the set of pins is engaged with one of the formed provisional locking structure by passing through the corresponding first projecting interlocking holes and second projecting interlocking holes thereof, to secure the first rail member and the second rail member.

摘要： A frame unit includes first and second bars spaced apart from each other, third bars disposed between the first and second bars, and connectors removably connecting the third bars with the first and second bars. A connector includes a body fixedly connected with the first or second bar, a casing defining an interior to receive an end of a third bar, and a slot allowing insertion of the end of the third bar into the casing. The interior defined by the casing has narrow and wide sides corresponding to the narrow and wide sides of the end of the third bar. As such, when the end of the third bar is inserted into the casing, the end of the third bar is prevented from any translational movement within the casing. The connectors allow quick and easy connection of bars, and in the meantime enhance the stability of the frame unit.

摘要： A modular bed assembly includes four foldable frames each including a first elongated plate, a second elongated plate which is hinged connected to the first elongated plate, and a corner bracing member. In an unfolded position, first and second elongated bodies of the first and second elongated plates form an included angle therebetween. In a folded position, the first and second elongated plates are stacked on each other to define therebetween an accommodation space. The corner bracing member may be connected between the first and second elongated plates to keep the included angle when in the unfolded position, and may be received in the accommodation space when in the folded position.

摘要： Bed foundation beams are sandwiched by a compression bar extending parallel to the first and second rails and moved towards the first and second rails while being conveyed. Further, the first and second rails and the spacers are sandwiched against spaced fixtures on an endless chain. While being compressed and sandwiched, staple guns fasten the rails and spacers together. The fixtures include front and back stops, with the back stop pivotable about a fixture axis to be movable by a cam moving in a cam track from a pushing position extending perpendicular to the endless chain and abutting with a trailing edge of one of the spacers and a non-intervening position after the staple gun and before the sprocket of the endless chain to reduce the apparatus footprint.
